Patrilineal societies are those that connect generations through the father. Common in history, patrilineal succession of family names, property, titles, and other valuables were traditionally passed on through a male line. Daughters received their inheritance in the form of a dowry where a significant portion of her father’s wealth was transferred to her husband at marriage. However, a few cultures throughout history were matrilineal, which connected generations through the mother, including Native Americans, Spanish and French Basque. Jewish Oral Tradition is matrilineal: a child of a Jewish mother is always Jewish, regardless of the faith of the father. In patrilieal societies, the new wife often becomes a servant in her husband’s family, but in matrilineal societies, new grooms initially work as virtual slaves for the bride’s family, only moving away after starting their own.

The logical conundrum of why patrilineal societies are more common even though female parentage guarantees genealogical purity, while the father can be questionable, is because the strict monogamy to ensure paternity has lead to social stability. Unfortunately, female promiscuity tends to erode society, and modern western culture has adopted more matrilineal-like structures; for example new property rights and inheritance laws, and it has become more common for women to keep their birth names after marriage. Now, fewer and fewer family units are forming. Looking at projections into the future, it seems likely that only patrilineal societies can endure.

Indoctrinating children is essential for a society to prosper & propagate. If children are not taught to be responsible, they won’t be; if they’re not taught to be honest, they won’t be; if they’re not taught to be conscientious, they won’t be because societies require trust. Without trust, everyone will make decisions that benefit them the most personally, the very opposite of the goal of a society, which is to do what is in the best interest of everyone in the expectation that it will benefit them too.

In the early years of America, children were indoctrinated with so-called Christian values, which are simply time-honored rules for a society’s continued existence. But there are other sets of values that work equally well; pre-Christian Rome had pagan self-indulgent values which endured for centuries, Consider Christians during Rome. They would suffer any indignity, any torture to display their devotion to their beliefs. Eventually, the whole empire had to adopt their value system because the other side was not nearly as dedicated. Multiculturalism, which means differing value systems, tears a society apart because everyone is not getting the same indoctrination.

If girls are not taught to be wives & mothers, they won’t be. Unfortunately, feminism teaches the exact opposite of that: they tell girls to be strong & independent, equal to men. But except for voting, that’s not true; men and women are not equal. Men have far more testosterone, which gives them different drives, motivations & capabilities than women. In denying those differences exist, modern feminist thought denies reality, no matter how good it may sound in the abstract. What happens is that girls are taught to aspire to be the man they want to marry rather than the wife a man wants to marry.

Evolution has placed the desire to lead & provide into men’s psyche. Similarly, women are born with the desire to serve & nurture. However, it’s not logically obvious that giving childbirth then raising children during the prime of life is extremely fulfilling. Young women who can perform that act don’t yet have the experience to know what they’re missing, and when they finally do, the opportunity has passed. Left to their own devices without the impetus of their forebears and society to form traditional male-female partnerships, society will simply dissolve from lack of procreation.

Part of the American Dream is the idea that every family can live in there own dwelling, even an individual house. A side effect of this phenomenon is that families are individual units: husband, wife, children. So now, unfortunately, in modern society, a wife is expected to be her husband’s lover, mother of his children, best friend, confidant, cheerleader, housecleaner, teacher, nurse, nanny, cook, and even work a job to contribute to the family’s finances. There are some women able to pull off this superhuman effort but most need help. As for the man, his duties are centered around providing for his family but middle class jobs are declining rapidly, making it impossible to do as well as his parents or even his grandparents.

In the past, three generations living together in the same dwelling was common, even a preferred solution. Grandparents can provide childcare, and receive elder care, and the house can pass to the next generation. This arrangement is even better at larger scales. There’s a lot of truth to the old adage, “It takes a village to raise a child.” There are many women to share chores and babysit. There are many men to protect the virtue of young females, including courtship rituals, and culture, customs & traditions that guide youth into adulthood. The Amish are an example, and according to supposed happiness indicators, their people are far more satisfied with their lives than their contemporaries. It’s probably not the modern conveniences that cause dissatisfaction in society, instead it’s the resources and support of the clan providing a sturdy foundation for maturity & growth.

Entering into marriage has fundamentally changed between the Boomer and Millennial generations. Boomers entered so-called “cornerstone” marriages, that occurred when both parties were young and built their lives together with each other as their focus. It was assumed that challenges would eventually emerge, and everyone involved would have to work together to overcome them. Traditionally, getting married was the defining moment of entering adulthood and the foundation of a successful life. It seemed logical and it worked, but the big challenge faced by cornerstone marriages is the gradual drifting apart of the couple because they married before they had gained self-awareness. Today, less than a quarter of marriages are between the young.

In the past half-century, there has been a massive shift in how people get married to so-called “capstone” marriage between adults who have reached the pinnacle of maturity. They are focused on bettering themselves first by pursuing higher education and extracurricular activities to achieve the highest level of autonomy possible. They want to feel complete and at ease within themselves before inviting someone else into their lives, settling down and starting a family. According to recent polls, there is a two-thirds approval of this kind of marriage. However, there is no evidence that capstone marriages are more successful than cornerstone, and in fact, it’s projected that almost half of all women will be single and childless at age 40.

There are an abundance of crackpot theories claiming the ability to predict the future, especially when it comes to societies coming and going, from the Bible to Nostradamus to Nietzsche. A popularly-cited book from turn of the century Western prognosticators titled “The Fourth Turning,” is a psychohistorical theory describing recurring cycles, called “turnings.” Historical events are associated with recurring archetypes lasting around 21 years, each different socially, politically, and economically. They are part of a larger cyclical of 85 years. It starts with strong institutions and communitarian values, but each succeeding generational archetype attack and weaken institutions in the name of autonomy and individualism, which eventually creates a tumultuous political environment and ultimate crisis, from which a “transformative figure” emerges to restart the cycle.

One of the original book’s authors, Neil Howe, recently published a followup volume claiming that the fourth turning, the crisis, is happening now. He says it began with the Great Recession and will end in the 2030s, assigning each of the generational cohorts to each turning: Boomers, Gen X, Millennials and Gen Z. However, the only truth in the theory is that generations are different from one another. His bias towards elitism permeates the argument, and his condensing attitude and lack of self-awareness is indicative of a narcissist. Ironically, even if his theory is correct, he denies Trump as the transformative figure. It’s obvious that Trump is the most transformative president since FDR, maybe since Theodore Roosevelt. He affects people emotionally, and it’s not just politics but also business & entertainment. In fact, he has a psychiatric condition named after him, “Trump Derangement Syndrome,” colloquially termed TDS, that Howe apparently has.

Civilization is when people join together to not only protect their own lives but to improve the lives of their offspring and create optimistic plans for their progeny. An interesting and profound thing about civilizations is that they come and go. It seems logical and preferable that civilizations should improve upon themselves indefinitely, but that doesn’t seem to be the case. When people talk about civilizations, they usually do it in terms of things, such as farming, industrialization, and scientific progress. Or they do it in ideological terms such as monarchy to democracy to tyranny. And sometimes they discuss the abuse of the monetary system, all trying to explain why civilizations eventually collapse. Catastrophic events like plagues, floods and famine are commonly mentioned, and foreign invaders get lots of blame.

However, civilizational collapse is actually a lot more basic than that. In fact, it’s completely evolutionary: the cycle of strong men creating good times which create weak men which lead to bad times. A simple progression from one psychological state to another. Like the generations in the Bible, each begetting the next, so too with civilization. Succinctly stated, civilization begat inequality; inequality begat inadequacy; inadequacy begat resentment; resentment begat contempt; contempt begat malevolence; and malevolence begets perversity & spite; which ends civilization.

Nobody likes to talk about politics but they do anyway:

1. Liberty is barely compatible with democracy.

2. Republics muffle the excesses of democracy.

3. The perverse will always demonize the ambitious.

4. Communism seems appealing to the generation who wasn’t there the other times it was tried.

5. The Left is the counteraction to merit.

6. Fascism follows anarchy.

7. Rearguard actions to maintain status quo inevitably fail.

8. We need a way to identify who rules us.

9. Biased data is worse than no data at all.

There’s a problem with academia that the general public is not aware of now but that’s changing, especially with A.I. Even before that, half of all scientific papers were not reproducible, and many of them were ghostwritten. A.I. will magnify this problem significantly. The underlying problem is that getting advanced degrees has been a substitute for getting a real job when people have to do something productive. Firstly, they can’t find a job, and secondly, they’re not competent to perform it, regardless of whatever a degree may suggest. Academics is quickly sliding into irrelevancy because of this.

One of the most insidious results is that scientific rigor has been almost completely politicized. Search engines and A.I. now deliver answers to queries carefully tailored to whoever pays the most. The autocomplete function when typing in a question includes only negative choices, and the first few pages of results are biased links, not the most pertinent. Polling data is another visible example of this corruption: of the dozens of polling organizations, only a handful deliver trustworthy data; the rest provide results biased towards the opinion of whoever is paying for it. Science is another institution that has been co-opted by the Left, the most egregious example being Climate Change, which is ideological, not factual, as are other important issues of the day, like whether a fetus is a baby, or all the myriad hoaxes attacking Trump. The vaxx against a sham pandemic might have been the biggest corruption of science of all time. It’s unclear if data can come back from this.

There’s a saying: “To learn who rules over you, simply find out who you are not allowed to criticize.” In the recent past, that was anyone not straight, white or male; with Christianity thrown in to really single out America’s founders. These people had gained control of all the levers of power: government, corporations, entertainment, education & news; even formalized Christianity was coming under their sway. They ruled since around the turn of the century to Trump’s second presidency. DEI was their method of infiltrating all aspects of power, justified by Affirmative Action. The predictable result was that what started out sounding like good intentions quickly evolved into reverse discrimination, and they felt morally justified to do it, Martin Luther King be damned.

Another contender for ruler status is the so-called oligarchs, the worldwide ultra-wealthy who, because of their vast power due to their fortunes, have delusions of grandeur, even a god complex. The WEF is the best example of this; they’re the “You’ll own nothing and be happy” crowd. They claim to be “democratic socialists” but there’s nothing democratic about it; only the people they approve of get elected, and if a populist should somehow sneak by in an election, they void it or drive them out of office. It’s unclear if this cabal can actually implement their dastardly plans since most aren’t particularly competent, having lucked into their fortunes or were born into it.

Woksters still wield significant power but it’s waning every day of Trump’s presidency. In their place, it’s not the obvious contender, MAGA believers, but instead Israel. MAGA personalities are savaged every day, their reputations smeared, their livelihoods threatened if they speak out against Zionism, or simply in horror about the genocide of the Palestinians. It’s no secret that Jews too, especially Zionist supporters as it turns out, have infiltrated government, corporations, entertainment, education & news. New DEI laws only apply to Jews, and they are protected by Trump himself. They are extremely well-funded and superb propagandists. It was only the advent of independent media that has undermined their power, which is why censorship of voices on the Internet is one of their highest priorities. Right now, Zionists, both Jewish & Christian, appear to be our rulers.
