For Student Takeover Weekend, Student Pastor Wade Smith challenged the church to step into the next generation by getting involved in the lives of students and investing in what God is doing through Student Ministry at Cherry Hills Community Church. Through personal stories, heartfelt prayers for his daughter’s future, and a powerful look at Ephesians 3:14–21, Wade reminded us that students are searching for identity, purpose, and a relationship with Jesus in a world full of confusion and pressure. He encouraged the church to move beyond simply attending and instead pray boldly, serve faithfully, and help students know God and discover who He created them to be. The message painted a compelling picture of what can happen when an entire church rallies around the next generation with love, consistency, and intentional discipleship. Student Takeover Weekend served as both a celebration of what God is already doing through students and a call for every generation to play a part in what He wants to do next.
