In today's fasting and prayers, we will pray the Prayer of Faith.⁣⁣

⁣⁣

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗙𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗵?⁣⁣

⁣⁣

This is the kind of prayer you utter when you want to ask God for something.⁣⁣

It is a 'you' prayer, which means that God must be at the core of your request while you are the primary emphasis.⁣⁣

⁣⁣

The Prayer of Faith is an effective prayer for moving the immovable, changing the unchangeable, shaking the unshakeable, and breaking the status quo.⁣⁣

I pray that the LORD will grant your request by mercy, in Jesus’ name. Amen.⁣⁣

One of the benefits of praying the prayer of dedication is that it strengthens your spiritual life. If it happened to our Lord and Saviour, it can happen to you as well!⁣⁣⁣⁣

⁣⁣⁣⁣

“𝗙𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿, 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝘂𝗽 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗺𝗲. 𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁?” 𝗔𝘁 𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗹 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲, 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗶𝗺.” (Luke 22:42-43 MSG)⁣⁣⁣⁣

In the midst of His agony, Jesus was strengthened to fulfill His divine and glorious destiny.⁣⁣⁣⁣

One of the lyrics of the Hymn; “𝗜 𝗦𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗔𝗹𝗹” says;⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

All to Jesus I surrender;⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

Now I feel the sacred flame.⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

Oh, the joy of Your salvation!⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

Glory, glory, to His name.⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

In today’s spiritual journey, we shall be praying the prayer of dedication. The prayer of dedication is the prayer of surrendering your life; your aspirations, desires, goals, needs, and wants to the will of God.⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

Until you surrender all to Jesus, you might not “feel the sacred flame.” mentioned in the aforementioned hymn. The sacred flame is the fire of the Holy Ghost ignited on the altar of prayer of dedication. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

One of the wonders of praise is that it guarantees victory against the enemies. Praise is appreciating God for His person and bringing Him in to take absolute control of whatever you are faced with in life! ⁣

⁣

Another powerful thing that praise does is, it will launch you into a life of endless miracles. You stop struggling and start winning in the affairs of life.⁣

As I mentioned yesterday that it’s our custom to dedicate the first three days of this programme to praising and worshipping the “𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗴𝗹𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿.” (Rev. 4:11) ⁣⁣⁣
