“Thou shalt arise, and have mercy upon Zion: for the time to favour her, yea, the set time, is come.” (Ps 102:13)

Friend, think about the scripture that you just read and deeply look into what I am about to share with you. What I am about to share with you in this chapter was revealed to me distinctly clear while studying the Bible during one of my study periods. I kept the record for a day like this so as to help you address your destiny.

“Don't bow down to opposition because if you do that today, you will miss your possession tomorrow. You can only take your destiny by the violence of faith.” (Matt. 11:12)

To fulfill your destiny, you need to engage in violent and aggressive prayers, and ask God to change power from the hands of the enemy to that of the Holy Ghost. Don't be gentle when it comes to the issue of your destiny. Be violent in prayer! The opposition is not gentle.

We shall be examining how God answered Asa’s prayer and also pray Asa’s kind of prayer (during his 10 years of peace) in taking dominion in the battle of life.

2 Chronicles 14 told us a story that glorified God through King Asa who reigned after his father; Abijah. Verses 2 – 5 explained what he did before he could jacked into tremendous achievements and prosperity.
