  • Jesus can give you Peace
Do you have peace? Many people today are searching for peace. In the Gospel, there is good news because Jesus can give you peace. Over 2000 years ago, Jesus came into this world to seek and to save sinners. He went to Calvery’s cross where he laid down His life for our sins. The scripture says peace has been made by the blood of His cross. Our sins can be forgiven and we can have peace with God because of the victorious work of Jesus.
    Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
Isaiah 57:19-21 “19 I create the fruit of the lips: peace, peace to him [that is] afar off, and to him [that is] nigh, saith Jehovah; and I will heal him.20 But the wicked are like the troubled sea, which cannot rest, and whose waters cast up mire and dirt.21 There is no peace, saith my God, to the wicked.”
Colossians 1:20-22 “20 and by him to reconcile all things to itself, having made peace by the blood of his cross—by him, whether the things on the earth or the things in the heavens.
21 And you, who once were alienated and enemies in mind by wicked works, yet now has it reconciled 22 in the body of his flesh through death; to present you holy and unblamable and irreproachable before it,”
Ephesians 2:13-17“13 but now in Christ Jesus *ye* who once were afar off are become nigh by the blood of the Christ.14 For *he* is our peace, who has made both one, and has broken down the middle wall of enclosure,15 having annulled the enmity in his flesh, the law of commandments in ordinances, that he might form the two in himself into one new man, making peace;16 and might reconcile both in one body to God by the cross, having by it slain the enmity;17 and, coming, he has preached the glad tidings of peace to you who [were] afar off, and [the glad tidings of] peace to those [who were] nigh.
Romasn 5:1-2 “5 Therefore having been justified on the principle of faith, we have peace towards God through our Lord Jesus Christ;2 by whom we have also access by faith into this favour in which we stand, and we boast in hope of the glory of God.”

  • What Can Wash Away My Sin
The Bible teaches us that we have all sinned and fallen short of God’s glory. Through our sins, we distance ourselves from the holy and righteous God against whom we have transgressed. What Can Wash Away My Sin? The scriptures proclaim that salvation is found in Jesus Christ, through the work he accomplished on Calvary’s cross.
    Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
Psalms 51:1-3 “51 Be gracious unto me, O God, according to thy loving-kindness; according to the abundance of thy tender mercies, blot out my transgressions.
2 Wash me fully from mine iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin.3 For I acknowledge my transgressions, and my sin is continually before me. 4 Against thee, thee only, have I sinned, and done what is evil in thy sight
Psalms 51:7 “Purge me with hyssop, and I shall be clean”
Proverbs 14:12 “12 There is a way that seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof is the ways of death.”
Romans 5:8 “8 but God commends *his* love to us, in that, we being still sinners, Christ has died for us.”
Isaiah 1:18 “18 Come now, let us reason together, saith Jehovah: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.”

  • ‘Come, for everything is now ready’
The parable of the great supper illustrates God’s invitation in the Gospel for all to come to him for salvation. Have you come to Jesus? God has provided a wonderful Saviour who’s able and willing to save you form your sins.
    Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
Luke 14:16-24 “16 And he said to him, A certain man made a great supper and invited many.17 And he sent his bondman at the hour of supper to say to those who were invited, Come, for already all things are ready.
18 And all began, without exception, to excuse themselves. The first said to him, I have bought land, and I must go out and see it; I pray thee hold me for excused.19 And another said, I have bought five yoke of oxen, and I go to prove them; I pray thee hold me for excused.20 And another said, I have married a wife, and on this account I cannot come.
21 And the bondman came up and brought back word of these things to his lord. Then the master of the house, in anger, said to his bondman, Go out quickly into the streets and lanes of the city, and bring here the poor and crippled and lame and blind.22 And the bondman said, Sir, it is done as thou hast commanded, and there is still room.23 And the lord said to the bondman, Go out into the ways and fences and compel to come in, that my house may be filled;24 for I say to you, that not one of those men who were invited shall taste of my supper.”
Luke 23:39-43 “39 Now one of the malefactors who had been hanged spoke insultingly to him, saying, Art not thou the Christ? save thyself and us.40 But the other answering rebuked him, saying, Dost *thou* too not fear God, thou that art under the same judgment?41 and *we* indeed justly, for we receive the just recompense of what we have done; but this [man] has done nothing amiss.
42 And he said to Jesus, Remember me, [Lord,] when thou comest in thy kingdom.43 And Jesus said to him, Verily I say to thee, To-day shalt thou be with me in paradise.”
Hebrews 9:27-28 “27 And forasmuch as it is the portion of men once to die, and after this judgment;28 thus the Christ also, having been once offered to bear the sins of many, shall appear to those that look for him the second time without sin for salvation.”

And having said this, he expired.47 Now the centurion, seeing what took place, glorified God, saying, In very deed this man was just.“
Luke 10:35 “35 And on the morrow [as he left], taking out two denarii he gave them to the innkeeper, and said to him, Take care of him, and whatsoever thou shalt expend more, *I* will render to thee on my coming back.”

  • Set free from the power of death
The Gospel offers true deliverance from the power of death. The Lord Jesus is the only one who can deliver the sinner from the power of death. We read in the scriptures of Jesus raising the dead to life, and this wonderful Saviuor who laid down his life for sinners at Calvary’s cross for you. Three days later, Jesus rose from the dead, defeating the power of sin and death.
    Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
Luke 7:11-17 “11 And it came to pass afterwards he went into a city called Nain, and many of his disciples and a great crowd went with him.12 And as he drew near to the gate of the city, behold, a dead man was carried out, the only son of his mother, and she a widow, and a very considerable crowd of the city [was] with her.13 And the Lord, seeing her, was moved with compassion for her, and said to her, Weep not;14 and coming up he touched the bier, and the bearers stopped. And he said, Youth, I say to thee, Wake up.
15 And the dead sat up and began to speak; and he gave him to his mother.16 And fear seized on all, and they glorified God, saying, A great prophet has been raised up amongst us; and God has visited his people.17 And this report went out in all Judaea concerning him, and in all the surrounding country.”
John 11:1-2 “11 Now there was a certain [man] sick, Lazarus of Bethany, of the village of Mary and Martha her sister.2 It was [the] Mary who anointed the Lord with ointment and wiped his feet with her hair, whose brother Lazarus was sick.”
John 11:17 “17 Jesus therefore [on] arriving found him to have been four days already in the tomb.”
John 11:33-44 “33 Jesus therefore, when he saw her weeping, and the Jews who came with her weeping, was deeply moved in spirit, and was troubled,34 and said, Where have ye put him? They say to him, Lord, come and see.35 Jesus wept.36 The Jews therefore said, Behold how he loved him!37 And some of them said, Could not this [man], who has opened the eyes of the blind [man], have caused that this [man] also should not have died?
38 Jesus therefore, again deeply moved in himself, comes to the tomb. Now it was a cave, and a stone lay upon it.39 Jesus says, Take away the stone. Martha, the sister of the dead, says to him, Lord, he stinks already, for he is four days [there].40 Jesus says to her, Did I not say to thee, that if thou shouldest believe, thou shouldest see the glory of God?41 They took therefore the stone away. And Jesus lifted up his eyes on high and said, Father, I thank thee that thou hast heard me;42 but I knew that thou always hearest me; but on account of the crowd who stand around I have said [it], that they may believe that thou hast sent me.43 And having said this, he cried with a loud voice, Lazarus, come forth.44 And the dead came forth, bound feet and hands with graveclothes, and his face was bound round with a handkerchief. Jesus says to them, Loose him and let him go.”

  • God is waiting in Grace for you
God eagerly awaits your acceptance of his invitation with open arms of grace. Through his boundless grace towards mankind, sinners still have the opportunity to receive salvation in Jesus Christ.
    Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
Genesis 6:3-12 “3 And Jehovah said, My Spirit shall not always plead with Man; for he indeed is flesh; but his days shall be a hundred and twenty years.4 In those days were the giants on the earth, and also afterwards, when the sons of God had come in to the daughters of men, and they had borne [children] to them; these were the heroes, who of old were men of renown.5 And Jehovah saw that the wickedness of Man was great on the earth, and every imagination of the thoughts of his heart only evil continually.
6 And Jehovah repented that he had made Man on the earth, and it grieved him in his heart.7 And Jehovah said, I will destroy Man, whom I have created, from the earth—from man to cattle, to creeping things, and to fowl of the heavens; for I repent that I have made them.8 But Noah found favour in the eyes of Jehovah.9 This is the history of Noah. Noah was a just man, perfect amongst his generations: Noah walked with God.
10 And Noah begot three sons, Shem, Ham, and Japheth.11 And the earth was corrupt before God, and the earth was full of violence.12 And God looked upon the earth, and behold, it was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted its way on the earth.
Isaiah 1:18-20 “18 Come now, let us reason together, saith Jehovah: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.19 If ye be willing and hearken, ye shall eat the good of the land;20 but if ye refuse and rebel, ye shall be devoured with the sword: for the mouth of Jehovah hath spoken.”
2 Timothy 1:10 ” our Saviour Jesus Christ, who has annulled death, and brought to light life and incorruptibility by the glad tidings;”
Romans 10:8-10 “8 But what says it? The word is near thee, in thy mouth and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach:9 that if thou shalt confess with thy mouth Jesus as Lord, and shalt believe in thine heart that God has raised him from among [the] dead, thou shalt be saved.10 For with [the] heart is believed to righteousness; and with [the] mouth confession made to salvation.”

  • A man seeking Salvation
In this Gospel preaching you will hear about an Ethiopian eunuch who was seeking salvation. While the an Ethiopian eunuch was on his journey he was reading from Isaiah 53 and desired to know who it was speaking about. God sent to him a man called Philip to share the Gospel with him and point him to salvation in the Lord Jesus.
    Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
Acts 8:26-39 “26 But [the] angel of [the] Lord spoke to Philip, saying, Rise up and go southward on the way which goes down from Jerusalem to Gaza: the same is desert.27 And he rose up and went. And lo, an Ethiopian, a eunuch, a man in power under Candace queen of the Ethiopians, who was over all her treasure, who had come to worship at Jerusalem,28 was returning and sitting in his chariot: and he was reading the prophet Esaias.29 And the Spirit said to Philip, Approach and join this chariot.30 And Philip, running up, heard him reading the prophet Esaias, and said, Dost thou then know what thou art reading of? 31 And he said, How should I then be able unless some one guide me? And he begged Philip to come up and sit with him.
32 And the passage of the scripture which he read was this: He was led as a sheep to slaughter, and as a lamb is dumb in presence of him that shears him, thus he opens not his mouth.33 In his humiliation his judgment has been taken away, and who shall declare his generation? for his life is taken from the earth.34 And the eunuch answering Philip said, I pray thee, concerning whom does the prophet say this? of himself or of some other?35 And Philip, opening his mouth and beginning from that scripture, announced the glad tidings of Jesus to him.36 And as they went along the way, they came upon a certain water, and the eunuch says, Behold water; what hinders my being baptised?
38 And he commanded the chariot to stop. And they went down both to the water, both Philip and the eunuch, and he baptised him.39 But when they came up out of the water [the] Spirit of [the] Lord caught away Philip, and the eunuch saw him no longer, for he went on his way rejoicing.“
