  • YOU Need a Saviour
YOU Need a Saviour. The Bible tells us that God has provided a Saviour for us in his Son, Jesus Christ.  Over 2000 years ago Jesus came into this world and journeyed to calvary’s cross where he laid down his life as a ransom for many. By that great sacrifice, God is able to save and bring us into salvation.
    Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
Luke 18:9-14 “9 And he spoke also to some, who trusted in themselves that they were righteous and made nothing of all the rest [of men], this parable:10 Two men went up into the temple to pray; the one a Pharisee, and the other a tax-gatherer.
11 The Pharisee, standing, prayed thus to himself: God, I thank thee that I am not as the rest of men, rapacious, unjust, adulterers, or even as this tax-gatherer.12 I fast twice in the week, I tithe everything I gain.13 And the tax-gatherer, standing afar off, would not lift up even his eyes to heaven, but smote upon his breast, saying, O God, have compassion on me, the sinner.14 I say unto you, This [man] went down to his house justified rather than that [other].”
Psalm 51:16-17 “16 For thou desirest not sacrifice; else would I give it: thou hast no pleasure in burnt-offering.17 The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise.”
Luke 23:34 “And Jesus said, Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do.”

  • The Ark of God
God commanded the Children of Isreal to build The Ark of God. This was built to hold the Ten Commandments that God gave to Moses. The Bible teaches us that the Ark of God is a type of Jesus. Listen to the following address to discover more about The Ark of God and how it speaks to us as a type of Christ.
    Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
Exodus 25:10-22 “10 And they shall make an ark of acacia-wood; two cubits and a half the length thereof, and a cubit and a half the breadth thereof, and a cubit and a half the height thereof.11 And thou shalt overlay it with pure gold: inside and outside shalt thou overlay it; and shalt make upon it a border of gold round about.12 And cast four rings of gold for it, and put [them] at the four corners thereof, that two rings may be upon the one side thereof and two rings upon the other side thereof.13 And make staves of acacia-wood and overlay them with gold.
14 And put the staves into the rings upon the sides of the ark, that the ark may be borne with them.15 The staves shall be in the rings of the ark: they shall not come out from it.16 And thou shalt put into the ark the testimony that I shall give thee.17 And thou shalt make a mercy-seat of pure gold: two cubits and a half the length thereof, and a cubit and a half the breadth thereof.18 And thou shalt make two cherubim of gold; [of] beaten work shalt thou make them, at the two ends of the mercy-seat.19 And make one cherub at the end of the one side, and one cherub at the end of the other side; out of the mercy-seat shall ye make the cherubim at the two ends thereof.20 And the cherubim shall stretch out [their] wings over it, covering over with their wings the mercy-seat, and their faces opposite to one another: toward the mercy-seat shall the faces of the cherubim be [turned].21 And thou shalt put the mercy-seat above on the ark, and shalt put in the ark the testimony that I shall give thee.22 And there will I meet with thee, and will speak with thee from above the mercy-seat, from between the two cherubim which are upon the ark of the testimony, everything that I will give thee in commandment unto the children of Israel.”
Numbers 10:33-36 “33 And they set forward from the mountain of Jehovah [and went] three days’ journey; and the ark of the covenant of Jehovah went before them in the three days’ journey, to search out a resting-place for them.34 And the cloud of Jehovah was over them by day when they set forward out of the camp.35 And it came to pass when the ark set forward, that Moses said, Rise up, Jehovah, and let thine enemies be scattered; And let them that hate thee flee before thy face.36 And when it rested, he said, Return, Jehovah, unto the myriads of the thousands of Israel.”
Joshua 3:14-17 “14 And it came to pass when the people removed from their tents, to pass over the Jordan, that the priests bearing the ark of the covenant were before the people;15 and when they that bore the ark were come to the Jordan, and the feet of the priests who bore the ark dipped in the edge of the water (and the Jordan is full over all its banks throughout the days of harvest),16 the waters which flowed down from above stood [and] rose up in a heap, very far, by Adam, the city that is beside Zaretan; and those that flowed down towards the sea of the plain, the salt sea, were completely cut off. And the people went over opposite to Jericho.17 And the priests who bore the ark of the covenant of Jehovah stood firm on dry ground in the midst of the Jordan. And all Israel went over on dry ground, until all the nation had completely gone over the Jordan.”
1 Samuel 5:1-5 And the Philistines took the ark of God, and brought it from Eben-ezer to Ashdod.2 And the Philistines took the ark of God and brought it into the house of Dagon, and set it by Dagon.3 And when they of Ashdod arose early the next day, behold, Dagon had fallen on his face to the ground before the ark of Jehovah. And they took Dagon, and set him in his place again.4 And when they aro

  • Continue in Prayer
Daniel’s life was marked by prayer and faithfulness to God. Sometimes it is very easy to get depressed and we start to drag our feet through this very challenging world. However, Daniel was a man who was faithful to God and he continued in prayer no matter what. God desires for us to have this same attitude in our Chrisitan life. Are you ready to persevere in prayer?
    Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
Daniel 6:10-11 “10 And when Daniel knew that the writing was signed, he went into his house; and, his windows being open in his upper chamber toward Jerusalem, he kneeled on his knees three times a day, and prayed and gave thanks before his God, as he did aforetime.11 But those men came in a body, and found Daniel praying and making supplication before his God.”
Daniel 9:1-23 “9 In the first year of Darius the son of Ahasuerus, of the seed of the Medes, who was made king over the realm of the Chaldeans,2 in the first year of his reign, I Daniel understood by the books that the number of the years, whereof the word of Jehovah came to Jeremiah the prophet, for the accomplishment of the desolations of Jerusalem, was seventy years.3 And I set my face unto the Lord God, to seek by prayer and supplications, with fasting, and sackcloth, and ashes;4 and I prayed unto Jehovah my God, and made my confession, and said, Alas Lord! the great and terrible God, keeping covenant and loving-kindness with them that love him, and that keep his commandments:5 we have sinned, and have committed iniquity, and have done wickedly, and have rebelled, even turning aside from thy commandments and from thine ordinances.
6 And we have not hearkened unto thy servants the prophets, who spoke in thy name to our kings, our princes, and our fathers, and to all the people of the land.7 Thine, O Lord, is the righteousness, but unto us confusion of face, as at this day, to the men of Judah, and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem, and unto all Israel, that are near, and that are far off, in all the countries whither thou hast driven them, because of their unfaithfulness in which they have been unfaithful against thee.8 O Lord, unto us is confusion of face, to our kings, to our princes, and to our fathers, because we have sinned against thee.9 With the Lord our God are mercies and pardons, for we have rebelled against him;10 and we have not hearkened unto the voice of Jehovah our God, to walk in his laws, which he set before us through his servants the prophets.11 And all Israel have transgressed thy law, even turning aside so as not to listen unto thy voice. And the curse hath been poured out upon us, and the oath that is written in the law of Moses the servant of God: for we have sinned against him.
12 And he hath performed his words, which he spoke against us, and against our judges that judged us, by bringing upon us a great evil; so that there hath not been done under the whole heaven as hath been done upon Jerusalem.13 As it is written in the law of Moses, all this evil is come upon us; yet we besought not Jehovah our God, that we might turn from our iniquities, and understand thy truth.14 And Jehovah hath watched over the evil, and brought it upon us; for Jehovah our God is righteous in all his works which he hath done; and we have not hearkened unto his voice.15 —And now, O Lord our God, who broughtest thy people forth out of the land of Egypt with a strong hand, and hast made thee a name, as it is this day,—we have sinned, we have done wickedly.16 Lord, according to all thy righteousnesses, I beseech thee, let thine anger and thy fury be turned away from thy city Jerusalem, thy holy mountain; for because of our sins, and because of the iniquities of our fathers, Jerusalem and thy people [are become] a reproach to all round about us.
17 And now, our God, hearken to the prayer of thy servant, and to his supplications, and cause thy face to shine upon thy sanctuary that is desolate, for the Lord’s sake.18 Incline thine ear, O my God, and hear; open thine eyes and

  • Continuance
It is the Lord’s desire for believers to continue in their Christian life for the glory and praise of our Lord Jesus Christ. We live in a world that increasingly has no interest in the things of God but the Bible teaches us to continue in our faith in the grace of God.
    Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
Acts 13:43 “And the congregation of the synagogue having broken up, many of the Jews and of the worshipping proselytes followed Paul and Barnabas, who speaking to them, persuaded them to continue in the grace of God.”
Acts 2:42 “And they persevered in the teaching and fellowship of the apostles, in breaking of bread and prayers.”
1 Timothy 4:14-16 “14 Be not negligent of the gift [that is] in thee, which has been given to thee through prophecy, with imposition of the hands of the elderhood.15 Occupy thyself with these things; be wholly in them, that thy progress may be manifest to all.16 Give heed to thyself and to the teaching; continue in them; for, doing this, thou shalt save both thyself and those that hear thee.”

  • The Growth of the Christian
The Lord desires for each believer to grow in their Christian life and bear fruit. In this address, you will hear about the growth of the Chrisitan.
    Bible Scriptues: Darby Translation
2 Peter 3:17-18 “17 *Ye* therefore, beloved, knowing [these] things before, take care lest, being led away along with the error of the wicked, ye should fall from your own stedfastness:18 but grow in grace, and in [the] knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him [be] glory both now and to [the] day of eternity. Amen.”
John 6:51-69 “51 I am the living bread which has come down out of heaven: if any one shall have eaten of this bread he shall live for ever; but the bread withal which I shall give is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world.52 The Jews therefore contended among themselves, saying, How can he give us this flesh to eat?53 Jesus therefore said to them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Unless ye shall have eaten the flesh of the Son of man, and drunk his blood, ye have no life in yourselves.
54 He that eats my flesh and drinks my blood has life eternal, and I will raise him up at the last day:55 for my flesh is truly food and my blood is truly drink.56 He that eats my flesh and drinks my blood dwells in me and I in him.57 As the living Father has sent me and I live on account of the Father, *he* also who eats me shall live also on account of me.58 This is the bread which has come down out of heaven. Not as the fathers ate and died: he that eats this bread shall live for ever.
59 These things he said in [the] synagogue, teaching in Capernaum.60 Many therefore of his disciples having heard [it] said, This word is hard; who can hear it?61 But Jesus, knowing in himself that his disciples murmur concerning this, said to them, Does this offend you?
62 If then ye see the Son of man ascending up where he was before?63 It is the Spirit which quickens, the flesh profits nothing: the words which I have spoken unto you are spirit and are life.64 But there are some of you who do not believe. For Jesus knew from the beginning who they were who did not believe, and who would deliver him up.
65 And he said, Therefore said I unto you, that no one can come to me unless it be given to him from the Father.66 From that [time] many of his disciples went away back and walked no more with him.67 Jesus therefore said to the twelve, Will ye also go away?68 Simon Peter answered him, Lord, to whom shall we go? thou hast words of life eternal;69 and we have believed and known that thou art the holy one of God.”
Ephesians 4:7-16 “7 But to each one of us has been given grace according to the measure of the gift of the Christ.8 Wherefore he says, Having ascended up on high, he has led captivity captive, and has given gifts to men.9 But that he ascended, what is it but that he also descended into the lower parts of the earth?
    10 He that descended is the same who has also ascended up above all the heavens, that he might fill all things;11 and *he* has given some apostles, and some prophets, and some evangelists, and some shepherds and teachers,12 for the perfecting of the saints; with a view to [the] work of [the] ministry, with a view to the edifying of the body of Christ;13 until we all arrive at the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, at [the] full-grown man, at [the] measure of the stature of the fulness of the Christ;
14 in order that we may be no longer babes, tossed and carried about by every wind of *that* teaching [which is] in the sleight of men, in unprincipled cunning with a view to systematized error;15 but, holding the truth in love, we may grow up to him in all things, who is the head, the Christ:16 from whom the whole body, fitted together, and connected by every joint of supply, according to [the] working in [its] measure of each one part, works for itself the increase of the body to its self-building up in love.”

  • Grace Greater Than All Our Sin
The Bible tells us about God’s wonderful GRACE revealed to us in Jesus. At the cross, Jesus demonstrated to us God’s wonderful love and by his great sacrifice, HE has provided salvation for fallen man. Listen to this Gospel preaching to hear more about God’s grace that is greater than all our sin.
    Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
    John 1:11-14 “11He came to his own, and his own received him not;12 but as many as received him, to them gave he [the] right to be children of God, to those that believe on his name;
13 who have been born, not of blood, nor of flesh’s will, nor of man’s will, but of God.14 And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us (and we have contemplated his glory, a glory as of an only-begotten with a father), full of grace and truth;”
John 1:29 “On the morrow he sees Jesus coming to him, and says, Behold the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world.”
John 4:39-42 “39 But many of the Samaritans of that city believed on him because of the word of the woman who bore witness, He told me all things that I had ever done.40 When therefore the Samaritans came to him they asked him to abide with them, and he abode there two days.41 And more a great deal believed on account of his word;42 and they said to the woman, [It is] no longer on account of thy saying that we believe, for we have heard him ourselves, and we know that this is indeed the Saviour of the world.”

  • Naaman and His Leprosy
Naaman was a captain of the army for King of Aram. The Bible tells us he was a great man and honorable throughout the land, but he was a leper. He won many victories but he was unable to gain the victory over his leprosy. He tried many ways to be healed from his condition of leprosy but nothing gave him the victory until he listened to the word of God from Elisha.
    Bible Scriptures: Darby Transaltion
2 Kings 5:1-14 “5 And Naaman, captain of the host of the king of Syria, was a great man before his master, and honourable, for by him Jehovah had given deliverance to Syria; and he was a mighty man of valour, [but] a leper.2 And the Syrians had gone out in bands, and had brought away captive out of the land of Israel a little maid; and she waited on Naaman’s wife.3 And she said to her mistress, Oh, would that my lord were before the prophet that is in Samaria! then he would cure him of his leprosy.
4 And he went and told his lord saying, Thus and thus said the maid that is of the land of Israel.5 And the king of Syria said, Well! go, and I will send a letter to the king of Israel. And he departed, and took with him ten talents of silver, and six thousand [shekels] of gold, and ten changes of raiment.6 And he brought the letter to the king of Israel, saying, And now, when this letter comes to thee, behold, I have sent Naaman my servant to thee, that thou mayest cure him of his leprosy.7 And it came to pass when the king of Israel had read the letter, that he rent his garments, and said, Am I God, to kill and to make alive, that this man sends to me to cure a man of his leprosy? Wherefore consider, I pray you, and see how he seeks an occasion against me.
8 And it was so, when Elisha the man of God had heard that the king of Israel had rent his garments, that he sent to the king, saying, Why hast thou rent thy garments? let him come now to me, and he shall know that there is a prophet in Israel.9 And Naaman came with his horses and with his chariot, and stood at the doorway of the house of Elisha.10 And Elisha sent a messenger to him, saying, Go and wash in the Jordan seven times, and thy flesh shall come again to thee, and thou shalt be clean.11 And Naaman was wroth, and went away and said, Behold, I thought, He will certainly come out to me, and stand, and call on the name of Jehovah his God, and wave his hand over the place, and cure the leper.
12 Are not the Abanah and the Pharpar, rivers of Damascus, better than all the waters of Israel? may I not wash in them and be clean? And he turned and went away in a rage.13 And his servants drew near, and spoke to him and said, My father, [if] the prophet had bidden thee [do some] great thing, wouldest thou not have done it? how much rather then, when he says to thee, Wash and be clean?14 Then he went down, and plunged himself seven times in the Jordan, according to the saying of the man of God. And his flesh became again like the flesh of a little child, and he was clean.”

  • Influence
Influence is powerful for good or evil. Have you stopped to think about what Christian influence you have that brings honour and glory to our Lord Jesus Christ? In this address, you will hear of 4 examples of men and women who had an influence for good and evil.
    Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
1 Kings 12:1-14 “12 And Rehoboam went to Shechem; for all Israel had come to Shechem to make him king.2 And it came to pass when Jeroboam the son of Nebat heard it (now he was yet in Egypt, whither he had fled from the presence of king Solomon, and Jeroboam dwelt in Egypt;3 and they sent and called him), that Jeroboam and all the congregation of Israel came and spoke to Rehoboam, saying,
4 Thy father made our yoke grievous; and now lighten thou the grievous servitude of thy father and his heavy yoke that he put upon us, and we will serve thee.5 And he said to them, Depart yet for three days, then come again to me. And the people departed.6 And king Rehoboam consulted with the old men, who had stood before Solomon his father while he yet lived, saying, How do ye advise to return answer to this people?7 And they spoke to him saying, If this day thou wilt be a servant to this people, and wilt serve them and answer them and speak good words to them, they will be thy servants for ever.
8 But he forsook the advice of the old men which they had given him, and consulted with the young men, who had grown up with him, that stood before him.9 And he said to them, What advice give ye that we may return answer to this people who have spoken to me saying, Lighten the yoke which thy father put upon us?10 And the young men that had grown up with him spoke to him saying, Thus shalt thou say to this people that have spoken to thee saying, Thy father made our yoke heavy, and lighten thou it for us,—thus shalt thou say to them: My little [finger] is thicker than my father’s loins;11 and whereas my father laid a heavy yoke upon you, *I* will add to your yoke: my father chastised you with whips, but *I* will chastise you with scorpions.12 And Jeroboam and all the people came to Rehoboam the third day, as the king had appointed saying, Come again to me on the third day.13 And the king answered the people roughly, and forsook the advice of the old men which they had given him;14 and he spoke to them according to the advice of the young men.”
1 Kings 13:1-2 “13 And behold, there came a man of God from Judah, by the word of Jehovah, to Bethel; and Jeroboam stood by the altar to burn incense.
2 And he cried against the altar by the word of Jehovah, and said, O altar, altar! thus saith Jehovah: Behold, a child shall be born unto the house of David, Josiah by name; and upon thee shall he sacrifice the priests of the high places that burn incense upon thee, and men’s bones shall be burned upon thee.”
1 Kings 13:7-11 “7 And the king said to the man of God, Come home with me, and refresh thyself, and I will give thee a present.8 And the man of God said to the king, If thou wilt give me half thy house, I will not go in with thee, neither will I eat bread nor drink water in this place;9 for so was it charged me by the word of Jehovah, saying, Thou shalt eat no bread, nor drink water, nor return by the way that thou shalt go.10 So he went another way, and returned not by the way that he had come to Bethel.11 Now there dwelt a certain old prophet in Bethel; and his sons came and told him all the works that the man of God had done that day in Bethel;”
1 Kings 13:13 13 And he said to his sons, Saddle me the ass. So they saddled him the ass; and he rode thereon,14 and went after the man of God, and found him sitting under a terebinth; and he said to him, Art thou the man of God that camest from Judah? And he said, I am.15 And he said to him, Come home with me, and eat bread.16 And he said, I cannot return with thee, nor go in with thee; neither will I eat bread nor drink water with thee in this place.17 For it was said to me by the word of Jehovah, Thou shalt eat no br

Jesus came into this world to rescue the perishing. Without God, the Bible tells us we are without hope but the Gospel is preached that you may come to know the Saviour and the Shepherd, Jesus Christ. Over 2000 years ago God sent his son into this world to provide Salvation for fallen man. At the cross, Jesus suffered and died on our account that salvation may be offered to you.  Find out more by listening to this Gospel preaching.
    Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
Luke 15:1-7 “15 And all the tax-gatherers and the sinners were coming near to him to hear him;2 and the Pharisees and the scribes murmured, saying, This [man] receives sinners and eats with them.3 And he spoke to them this parable, saying,4 What man of you having a hundred sheep, and having lost one of them, does not leave the ninety and nine in the wilderness and go after that which is lost, until he find it?5 and having found it, he lays it upon his own shoulders, rejoicing;6 and being come to the house, calls together the friends and the neighbours, saying to them, Rejoice with me, for I have found my lost sheep.7 I say unto you, that thus there shall be joy in heaven for one repenting sinner, [more] than for ninety and nine righteous who have no need of repentance.”
Mark 7:24-31 “24 And he rose up and went away thence into the borders of Tyre and Sidon; and having entered into a house he would not have any one know [it], and he could not be hid.25 But immediately a woman, whose little daughter had an unclean spirit, having heard of him, came and fell at his feet26 (and the woman was a Greek, Syrophenician by race), and asked him that he would cast the demon out of her daughter.
27 But [Jesus] said to her, Suffer the children to be first filled; for it is not right to take the children’s bread and cast it to the dogs.28 But she answered and says to him, Yea, Lord; for even the dogs under the table eat of the children’s crumbs.29 And he said to her, Because of this word, go thy way, the demon is gone out of thy daughter.30 And having gone away to her house she found the demon gone out, and her daughter lying on the bed.31 And again having left the borders of Tyre and Sidon, he came to the sea of Galilee, through the midst of the coasts of Decapolis.”
John 19:25-34 “25 And by the cross of Jesus stood his mother, and the sister of his mother, Mary the [wife] of Clopas, and Mary of Magdala.26 Jesus therefore, seeing his mother, and the disciple standing by, whom he loved, says to his mother, Woman, behold thy son.27 Then he says unto the disciple, Behold thy mother. And from that hour the disciple took her to his own home.28 After this, Jesus, knowing that all things were now finished, that the scripture might be fulfilled, says, I thirst.29 There was a vessel therefore there full of vinegar, and having filled a sponge with vinegar, and putting hyssop round it, they put it up to his mouth.
30 When therefore Jesus had received the vinegar, he said, It is finished; and having bowed his head, he delivered up his spirit.31 The Jews therefore, that the bodies might not remain on the cross on the sabbath, for it was [the] preparation, (for the day of that sabbath was a great [day],) demanded of Pilate that their legs might be broken and they taken away.32 The soldiers therefore came and broke the legs of the first and of the other that had been crucified with him;33 but coming to Jesus, when they saw that he was already dead they did not break his legs,34 but one of the soldiers pierced his side with a spear, and immediately there came out blood and water.”
