  • Cast Your Cares Upon God
We have many cares, worries and challenges that we face daily. In this Gospel preaching, you will hear what the Bible says about God’s care. Over 2000 years ago God sent Jesus as a saviour because he cared for fallen sinners. The Bible tells us Jesus journeyed to Calvary’s cross where he was forsaken of God and shed his precious blood that we may never be forsaken, Why? Because God cares for YOU.
    Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
1 Peter 5:7 “having cast all your care upon him, for he cares about you.”

  • Encounters with Jesus
Jesus came into this world to seek and to save the lost. In this Gospel preaching, you will hear from the Bible of three individuals who had an encounter with Jesus.
    Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
John 4:6-10 “6 Now a fountain of Jacob’s was there; Jesus therefore, being wearied with the way he had come, sat just as he was at the fountain. It was about the sixth hour.
7 A woman comes out of Samaria to draw water. Jesus says to her, Give me to drink8 (for his disciples had gone away into the city that they might buy provisions).9 The Samaritan woman therefore says to him, How dost thou, being a Jew, ask to drink of me who am a Samaritan woman? for Jews have no intercourse with Samaritans.10 Jesus answered and said to her, If thou knewest the gift of God, and who it is that says to thee, Give me to drink, thou wouldest have asked of him, and he would have given thee living water.”
John 4:25-26 “25 The woman says to him, I know that Messiah is coming, who is called Christ; when *he* comes he will tell us all things.26 Jesus says to her, I who speak to thee am [he].”
John 18:4-9 “4 Jesus therefore, knowing all things that were coming upon him, went forth and said to them, Whom seek ye?5 They answered him, Jesus the Nazaraean. Jesus says to them, I am [he]. And Judas also, who delivered him up, stood with them.6 When therefore he said to them, I am [he], they went away backward and fell to the ground.7 He demanded of them therefore again, Whom seek ye? And they said, Jesus the Nazaraean.8 Jesus answered, I told you that I am [he]: if therefore ye seek me, let these go away;9 that the word might be fulfilled “
Acts 9:1-5 “But Saul, still breathing out threatenings and slaughter against the disciples of the Lord, came to the high priest2 and asked of him letters to Damascus, to the synagogues, so that if he found any who were of the way, both men and women, he might bring [them] bound to Jerusalem.3 But as he was journeying, it came to pass that he drew near to Damascus; and suddenly there shone round about him a light out of heaven,4 and falling on the earth he heard a voice saying to him, Saul, Saul, why dost thou persecute me?5 And he said, Who art thou, Lord? And he [said], *I* am Jesus, whom *thou* persecutest.”

  • Where art Thou?
When Adam and Eve sinned in the Garden of Eden God called out to them Where art thou?. Today the Gospel is still being preached and God is still asking that same question to mankind. Where are you in relation to God?
    Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
Genesis 3:8-9 “And they heard the voice of Jehovah Elohim, walking in the garden in the cool of the day. And Man and his wife hid themselves from the presence of Jehovah Elohim, in the midst of the trees of the garden.9 And Jehovah Elohim called to Man, and said to him, Where art thou?”
Acts 3:12-16 “And Peter, seeing it, answered the people, Men of Israel, why are ye astonished at this? or why do ye gaze on us as if we had by our own power or piety made him to walk?13 The God of Abraham and Isaac and Jacob, the God of our fathers, has glorified his servant Jesus, whom *ye* delivered up, and denied him in the presence of Pilate, when *he* had judged that he should be let go.14 But *ye* denied the holy and righteous one, and asked that a man [that was] a murderer should be granted to you;15 but the originator of life ye slew, whom God raised from among [the] dead, whereof *we* are witnesses.
16 And, by faith in his name, his name has made this [man] strong whom ye behold and know; and the faith which is by him has given him this complete soundness in the presence of you all.17 And now, brethren, I know that ye did it in ignorance, as also your rulers;18 but God has thus fulfilled what he had announced beforehand by the mouth of all the prophets, that his Christ should suffer.19 Repent therefore and be converted, for the blotting out of your sins, so that times of refreshing may come from [the] presence of the Lord”

  • God’s Power
God’s power has been made known to mankind in Christ. When mankind walked away from God in the garden of Eden there was a plan to redeem the sinner and we see this plan salvation throughout the Bible. Jesus came over 2000 years ago and journeyed to Calvary’s cross to provide salvation to fallen man. There we see God’s power in Christ reconciling the world to himself.
    Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
Romans 1:16-20 “16 For I am not ashamed of the glad tidings; for it is God’s power to salvation, to every one that believes, both to Jew first and to Greek:17 for righteousness of God is revealed therein, on the principle of faith, to faith: according as it is written, But the just shall live by faith.18 For there is revealed wrath of God from heaven upon all impiety, and unrighteousness of men holding the truth in unrighteousness.19 Because what is known of God is manifest among them, for God has manifested [it] to them,20 —for from [the] world’s creation the invisible things of him are perceived, being apprehended by the mind through the things that are made, both his eternal power and divinity,—so as to render them inexcusable.”
1 Corinthians 1:18 “18 For the word of the cross is to them that perish foolishness, but to us that are saved it is God’s power.”
Ephesians 1:17-23 “17 that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, would give you [the] spirit of wisdom and revelation in the full knowledge of him,18 being enlightened in the eyes of your heart, so that ye should know what is the hope of his calling, [and] what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints,19 and what the surpassing greatness of his power towards us who believe, according to the working of the might of his strength,20 [in] which he wrought in the Christ [in] raising him from among [the] dead, and he set him down at his right hand in the heavenlies,21 above every principality, and authority, and power, and dominion, and every name named, not only in this age, but also in that to come;22 and has put all things under his feet, and gave him [to be] head over all things to the assembly,23 which is his body, the fulness of him who fills all in all:”
2 Peter 3:7-15 “7 But the present heavens and the earth by his word are laid up in store, kept for fire unto a day of judgment and destruction of ungodly men.8 But let not this one thing be hidden from you, beloved, that one day with [the] Lord [is] as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.9 [The] Lord does not delay his promise, as some account of delay, but is longsuffering towards you, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
10 But the day of [the] Lord will come as a thief, in which the heavens will pass away with a rushing noise, and [the] elements, burning with heat, shall be dissolved, and [the] earth and the works in it shall be burnt up.11 All these things then being to be dissolved, what ought ye to be in holy conversation and godliness,12 waiting for and hastening the coming of the day of God, by reason of which [the] heavens, being on fire, shall be dissolved, and [the] elements, burning with heat, shall melt?13 But, according to his promise, we wait for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwells righteousness.14 Wherefore, beloved, as ye wait for these things, be diligent to be found of him in peace, without spot and blameless;15 and account the longsuffering of our Lord [to be] salvation; “

  • Search Me, O God, and Know My Heart
God knows everything about you. The Bible tells us that God has the very hairs of your head numbered. In this Gospel preaching, you will hear about what God has done to bring the sinners into blessing. Over 2000 years ago, God sent his son Jesus as the saviour of the world to redeem and restore man’s heart with himself.
    Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
    Psalm 139:1-14 Jehovah, thou hast searched me, and known [me].2 *Thou* knowest my down-sitting and mine uprising, thou understandest my thought afar off;
3 Thou searchest out my path and my lying down, and art acquainted with all my ways;4 For there is not yet a word on my tongue, [but] lo, O Jehovah, thou knowest it altogether.5 Thou hast beset me behind and before, and laid thy hand upon me.
6 O knowledge too wonderful for me! it is high, I cannot [attain] unto it.7 Whither shall I go from thy Spirit? and whither flee from thy presence?8 If I ascend up into the heavens thou art there; or if I make my bed in Sheol, behold, thou [art there];9 [If] I take the wings of the dawn [and] dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea,
10 Even there shall thy hand lead me, and thy right hand shall hold me.11 And if I say, Surely darkness shall cover me, and the light about me be night;12 Even darkness hideth not from thee, and the night shineth as the day: the darkness is as the light.13 For thou hast possessed my reins; thou didst cover me in my mother’s womb.14 I will praise thee, for I am fearfully, wonderfully made. Marvellous are thy works; and [that] my soul knoweth right well.”
    Romasn 3:23-26 “23 for all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;24 being justified freely by his grace through the redemption which [is] in Christ Jesus;
25 whom God has set forth a mercy-seat, through faith in his blood, for [the] shewing forth of his righteousness, in respect of the passing by the sins that had taken place before, through the forbearance of God;26 for [the] shewing forth of his righteousness in the present time, so that he should be just, and justify him that is of [the] faith of Jesus.”
Psalm 139:23-24 “23 Search me, O God, and know my heart; prove me, and know my thoughts;24 And see if there be any grievous way in me; and lead me in the way everlasting.”

  • What Mean these Stones?
Throughout history, mankind has set up standing stones in order to bring remembrance a significant event. In the book of Joshua, it is recorded that the Children of Isreal set up stones in the Jordan and Gilgal to be used to remind them and the coming generation of God’s faithfulness. Find out more as you listen to the following address.
    Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
Joshua 4:9 “And twelve stones did Joshua set up in the midst of the Jordan, in the place where the feet of the priests who bore the ark of the covenant had stood firm; and they are there to this day.”
Joshua 4:19-24 “19 And the people came up out of the Jordan on the tenth of the first month, and encamped in Gilgal, on the eastern extremity of Jericho.20 And those twelve stones which they had taken out of the Jordan did Joshua set up in Gilgal.21 And he spoke to the children of Israel, saying, When your children hereafter ask their fathers, saying, What [mean] these stones22 then ye shall let your children know, saying, On dry land did Israel come over this Jordan;23 because Jehovah your God dried up the waters of the Jordan from before you, until ye had passed over, as Jehovah your God did to the Red sea, which he dried up from before us, until we had passed over;24 that all peoples of the earth might know the hand of Jehovah, that it is mighty; that ye might fear Jehovah your God continually.”
Joshua 8:30-35 “30 Then Joshua built an altar to Jehovah the God of Israel, in mount Ebal,31 as Moses the servant of Jehovah had commanded the children of Israel, as it is written in the book of the law of Moses, an altar of whole stones, over which iron had not been lifted up. And they offered up burnt-offerings on it to Jehovah, and sacrificed peace-offerings.
32 And he wrote there on the stones a copy of the law of Moses, which he had written before the children of Israel.33 And all Israel, and their elders, and their officers and judges, stood on this side and on that side of the ark before the priests the Levites, who bore the ark of the covenant of Jehovah, as well the stranger as the home-born [Israelite]; half of them toward mount Gerizim, and the other half of them toward mount Ebal; as Moses the servant of Jehovah had commanded, that they should bless the people of Israel, in the beginning.34 And afterwards he read all the words of the law, the blessing and the curse, according to all that is written in the book of the law.35 There was not a word of all that Moses had commanded which Joshua read not before the whole congregation of Israel, and the women, and the children, and the strangers that lived among them.”
Joshua 24:15 “15 And if it seem evil unto you to serve Jehovah, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods whom your fathers that were on the other side of the river served, or the gods of the Amorite, in whose land ye dwell; but as for me and my house, we will serve Jehovah.”
Joshua 24:23-28 “23 Now therefore put away the strange gods that are among you, and incline your heart unto Jehovah the God of Israel.24 And the people said unto Joshua, Jehovah our God will we serve, and to his voice will we hearken
25 So Joshua made a covenant with the people that day, and set them a statute and an ordinance in Shechem.26 And Joshua wrote these words in the book of the law of God, and took a great stone, and set it up there under the oak that was by the sanctuary of Jehovah.27 And Joshua said unto all the people, Behold, this stone shall be a witness unto us, for it hath heard all the words of Jehovah which he spoke unto us; and it shall be a witness against you, lest ye deny your God.28 And Joshua dismissed the people, every man to his inheritance.”

  • Zacchaeus, Come Down
Zacchaeus was the chief tax collector in Jericho and he was motivated by riches but when he heard that Jesus was coming to his town he was curious to find out more and sought to see him. When Zacchaeus had an encounter with Jesus everything changed. Find out what happened as you listen to this Gospel preaching.
    Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
Luke 19:1-10 “19 And he entered and passed through Jericho.2 And behold, [there was] a man by name called Zacchaeus, and he was chief tax-gatherer, and he was rich.3 And he sought to see Jesus who he was: and he could not for the crowd, because he was little in stature.
4 And running on before, he got up into a sycamore that he might see him, for he was going to pass that [way].5 And when he came up to the place, Jesus looked up and saw him, and said to him, Zacchaeus, make haste and come down, for to-day I must remain in thy house.6 And he made haste and came down, and received him with joy.7 And all murmured when they saw [it], saying, He has turned in to lodge with a sinful man.8 But Zacchaeus stood and said to the Lord, Behold, Lord, the half of my goods I give to the poor, and if I have taken anything from any man by false accusation, I return [him] fourfold.9 And Jesus said to him, To-day salvation is come to this house, inasmuch as he also is a son of Abraham;10 for the Son of man has come to seek and to save that which is lost.”

  • The Fourth Watch of the Night
For the believer in Christ, it is the night time. Jesus has been rejected by this world and was crucified at Calvary. Although this is a reality in the world as believers the bright hope of Christ’s return should be shining in our hearts. There is a morning coming when Jesus will descend from the heavens to claim his own. While you are waiting for that glorious day what is your heart occupied with? God desires for your heart to be occupied with the glory of Christ.
    Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
Leviticus 6:8-9 And Jehovah spoke to Moses, saying,9 Command Aaron and his sons, saying, This is the law of the burnt-offering; this, the burnt-offering, shall be on the hearth on the altar all night unto the morning, and the fire of the altar shall be kept burning on it.
Leviticus 6:12-13 “12 And the fire upon the altar shall be kept burning on it: it shall not be put out; and the priest shall burn wood on it every morning, and lay the burnt-offering in order upon it; and he shall burn thereon the fat of the peace-offerings.13 A continual fire shall be kept burning on the altar: it shall never go out.”
1 Corinthians 11:23-26 “23 For *I* received from the Lord, that which I also delivered to you, that the Lord Jesus, in the night in which he was delivered up, took bread,24 and having given thanks broke [it], and said, This is my body, which [is] for you: this do in remembrance of me.25 In like manner also the cup, after having supped, saying, This cup is the new covenant in my blood: this do, as often as ye shall drink [it], in remembrance of me.26 For as often as ye shall eat this bread, and drink the cup, ye announce the death of the Lord, until he come.
Matthew 14:22-32 “22 And immediately he compelled the disciples to go on board ship, and to go on before him to the other side, until he should have dismissed the crowds.23 And having dismissed the crowds, he went up into the mountain apart to pray. And when even was come, he was alone there,24 but the ship was already in the middle of the sea tossed by the waves, for the wind was contrary.25 But in the fourth watch of the night he went off to them, walking on the sea.26 And the disciples, seeing him walking on the sea, were troubled, saying, It is an apparition. And they cried out through fear.27 But Jesus immediately spoke to them, saying, Take courage; it is *I*: be not afraid.
28 And Peter answering him said, Lord, if it be *thou*, command me to come to thee upon the waters.29 And he said, Come. And Peter, having descended from the ship, walked upon the waters to go to Jesus.30 But seeing the wind strong he was afraid; and beginning to sink he cried out, saying, Lord, save me.31 And immediately Jesus stretched out his hand and caught hold of him, and says to him, O thou of little faith, why didst thou doubt?32 And when they had gone up into the ship, the wind fell.”
Revelation 22:16 “I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify these things to you in the assemblies. *I* am the root and offspring of David, the bright [and] morning star.”

  • The Gospel is Preached, Will You Respond?
God desires everyone to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth. How amazing! God love is so great that the Gospel is still being preached in 2019 that you might be saved. The Gospel is Preached, Will You Respond?
    Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
John 3:17-18 “17 For God has not sent his Son into the world that he may judge the world, but that the world may be saved through him.18 He that believes on him is not judged: but he that believes not has been already judged, because he has not believed on the name of the only-begotten Son of God.”
John 3:35-36 “35 The Father loves the Son, and has given all things [to be] in his hand.36 He that believes on the Son has life eternal, and he that is not subject to the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abides upon him.”
