  • The Voice of the Shepherd
Jesus is calling you… Have you heard his voice? The Gospel is still being preached because God loves you and has a desire for you to be saved, forgiven and in his service but first, you must respond the voice of the shepherd.
    Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
John 10:7-15 “Jesus therefore said again to them, Verily, verily, I say to you, I am the door of the sheep. All whoever came before me are thieves and robbers; but the sheep did not hear them. I am the door: if any one enter in by me, he shall be saved, and shall go in and shall go out and shall find pasture.  The thief comes not but that he may steal, and kill, and destroy: I am come that they might have life, and might have [it] abundantly.  I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep: but he who serves for wages, and who is not the shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, sees the wolf coming, and leaves the sheep and flees; and the wolf seizes them and scatters the sheep. Now he who serves for wages flees because he serves for wages, and is not himself concerned about the sheep. I am the good shepherd; and I know those that are mine, and am known of those that are mine, as the Father knows me and I know the Father; and I lay down my life for the sheep.”
John 10:27-30 “My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me; and I give them life eternal; and they shall never perish, and no one shall seize them out of my hand. My Father who has given [them] to me is greater than all, and no one can seize out of the hand of my Father. I and the Father are one.”

  • Pursuing
In the following address, you will hear what the scriptures say about pursuing the things of God. God has in mind for each believer to pursue righteousness, piety, faith, love, endurance and meekness of spirit that we may grow and bear fruit for Christ.
    Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
Psalms 63:1-8 “O God, thou art my God; early will I seek thee. My soul thirsteth for thee, my flesh languisheth for thee, in a dry and weary land without water: To see thy power and thy glory, as I have beheld thee in the sanctuary; For thy loving-kindness is better than life: my lips shall praise thee.  So will I bless thee while I live; I will lift up my hands in thy name. My soul is satisfied as with marrow and fatness, and my mouth shall praise [thee] with joyful lips. When I remember thee upon my bed, I meditate on thee in the night-watches: For thou hast been my help, and in the shadow of thy wings will I sing for joy. My soul followeth hard after thee: thy right hand upholdeth me.”
2 Corinthians 4:17-18 “For our momentary [and] light affliction works for us in surpassing measure an eternal weight of glory;  while we look not at the things that are seen, but at the things that are not seen; for the things that are seen [are] for a time, but those that are not seen eternal.”
1 Timothy 6:6-16 “But piety with contentment is great gain. For we have brought nothing into the world: [it is] [manifest] that neither can we carry anything out.But having sustenance and covering, we will be content with these. But those who desire to be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and many unwise and hurtful lusts, which plunge men into destruction and ruin. For the love of money is [the] root of every evil; which some having aspired after, have wandered from the faith, and pierced themselves with many sorrows. But thou, O man of God, flee these things, and pursue righteousness, piety, faith, love, endurance, meekness of spirit. Strive earnestly [in] the good conflict of faith. Lay hold of eternal life, to which thou hast been called, and hast confessed the good confession before many witnesses. I enjoin thee before God who preserves all things in life, and Christ Jesus who witnessed before Pontius Pilate the good confession, that thou keep the commandment spotless, irreproachable, until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ; which in its own time the blessed and only Ruler shall shew, the King of those that reign, and Lord of those that exercise lordship; who only has immortality, dwelling in unapproachable light; whom no man has seen, nor is able to see; to whom [be] honour and eternal might. Amen.

  • The Story of Jesus
Have you heard the story of Jesus? It is a true story about God’s only begotten son whom he sent as a saviour to rescue mankind from perishing. Listen to this message of love, hope and grace today and discover the saviour you need in Jesus.
    Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
1 Corinthians 15:3-4 “For I delivered to you, in the first place, what also I had received, that Christ died for our sins, according to the scriptures; and that he was buried; and that he was raised the third day, according to the scriptures;”
1 Timothy 3:16 “And confessedly the mystery of piety is great. God has been manifested in flesh, has been justified in [the] Spirit, has appeared to angels, has been preached among [the] nations, has been believed on in [the] world, has been received up in glory.”

  • Pursuing & Striving
As Christians, we should pursue the things of God and strive for Christ. In this word, you will hear what the scriptures say about Pursuing & Striving in the Chrisitan life.
    Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
Ecclesiastes 4:16 “There is] no end of all the people, of all that stood before them; those however that come after shall not rejoice in him. Surely this also is vanity and a striving after the wind.”
Philippians 3:9-14 “and that I may be found in him, not having my righteousness, which [would be] on the principle of law, but that which is by faith of Christ, the righteousness which [is] of God through faith, to know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being conformed to his death, if any way I arrive at the resurrection from among [the] dead. Not that I have already obtained [the prize], or am already perfected; but I pursue, if also I may get possession [of it], seeing that also I have been taken possession of by Christ [Jesus]. Brethren, *I* do not count to have got possession myself; but one thing—forgetting the things behind, and stretching out to the things before  I pursue, [looking] towards [the] goal, for the prize of the calling on high of God in Christ Jesus.”
2 Timothy 2:22 “ But youthful lusts flee, and pursue righteousness, faith, love, peace, with those that call upon the Lord out of a pure heart.”

  • The Hands of the Saviour
Jesus came to this earth over 2000 years ago on a rescue mission. Why? God’s word tells us we have fallen short of the glory of God and as a result of our sins we have been separated from the holy God. Out of love for you, Jesus came to this world and journeyed to Calvary’s cross where he laid down his life as a saviour for sinners.
    Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
Psalms 8:3-4 “When I see thy heavens, the work of thy fingers, the moon and stars, which thou hast established;  What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou visitest him?”
Mark 1:40:42 “And there comes to him a leper, beseeching him, and falling on his knees to him, and saying to him, If thou wilt thou canst cleanse me. But Jesus, moved with compassion, having stretched out his hand, touched him, and says to him, I will, be thou cleansed. And as he spoke straightway the leprosy left him, and he was cleansed.”
John 20:25-29 “The other disciples therefore said to him, We have seen the Lord. But he said to them, Unless I see in his hands the mark of the nails, and put my finger into the mark of the nails, and put my hand into his side, I will not believe. And eight days after, his disciples were again within, and Thomas with them. Jesus comes, the doors being shut, and stood in the midst and said, Peace [be] to you. Then he says to Thomas, Bring thy finger here and see my hands; and bring thy hand and put it into my side; and be not unbelieving, but believing. Thomas answered and said to him, My Lord and my God. Jesus says to him, Because thou hast seen me thou hast believed: blessed they who have not seen and have believed.”

  • Growth
How does a Christian grow in their walk with Christ? In the following address, you will hear what the scriptures say about growth and how we as Christians should grow in our love and appreciation of our saviour Jesus Christ.
    Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
2 Peter 3:18 “but grow in grace, and in [the] knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him [be] glory both now and to [the] day of eternity. Amen.”
1 Timothy 1:12-17 “[And] I thank Christ Jesus our Lord, who has given me power, that he has counted me faithful, appointing to ministry him  who before was a blasphemer and persecutor, and an insolent overbearing [man]: but mercy was shewn me because I did it ignorantly, in unbelief. But the grace of our Lord surpassingly over-abounded with faith and love, which [is] in Christ Jesus. Faithful [is] the word, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom *I* am [the] first But for this reason mercy was shewn me, that in me, [the] first, Jesus Christ might display the whole long-suffering, for a delineation of those about to believe on him to life eternal.  Now to the King of the ages, [the] incorruptible, invisible, only God, honour and glory to the ages of ages. Amen.”
Acts 20:7-12 “And the first day of the week, we being assembled to break bread, Paul discoursed to them, about to depart on the morrow. And he prolonged the discourse till midnight. And there were many lights in the upper room where we were assembled. And a certain youth, by name Eutychus, sitting at the window-opening, overpowered by deep sleep, while Paul discoursed very much at length, having been overpowered by the sleep, fell from the third story down to the bottom, and was taken up dead. But Paul descending fell upon him, and enfolding [him] [in his arms], said, Be not troubled, for his life is in him. And having gone up, and having broken the bread, and eaten, and having long spoken until daybreak, so he went away. And they brought [away] the boy alive, and were no little comforted.
1 Kings 10:1-13  “And the queen of Sheba heard of the fame of Solomon in connection with the name of Jehovah, and came to prove him with enigmas. And she came to Jerusalem with a very great train, with camels that bore spices and gold in very great abundance, and precious stones; and she came to Solomon, and spoke to him of all that was in her heart. And Solomon explained to her all she spoke of: there was not a thing hidden from the king that he did not explain to her.  And when the queen of Sheba saw all Solomon’s wisdom, and the house that he had built, and the food of his table, and the deportment of his servants, and the order of service of his attendants, and their apparel, and his cupbearers, and his ascent by which he went up to the house of Jehovah, there was no more spirit in her. And she said to the king, It was a true report that I heard in mine own land of thine affairs, and of thy wisdom; but I gave no credit to the words, until I came and mine eyes had seen; and behold, the half was not told me: in wisdom and prosperity thou exceedest the report that I heard. Happy are thy men! happy are these thy servants, who stand continually before thee, who hear thy wisdom! Blessed be Jehovah thy God, who delighted in thee, to set thee on the throne of Israel! Because Jehovah loves Israel for ever, therefore did he make thee king, to do judgment and justice. And she gave the king a hundred and twenty talents of gold, and spices in very great abundance, and precious stones: there came no more such abundance of spices as those which the queen of Sheba gave to king Solomon. (And the fleet also of Hiram, which carried gold from Ophir, brought from Ophir sandal-wood in very great abundance, and precious stones. And the king made of the sandal-wood a balustrade for the house of Jehovah, and for the king’s house, and harps and lutes for the singers. There came no such sandal-wood, nor was there seen to this day.) And king

  • Be Good Soldiers of Jesus Christ
Paul in his second letter to Timothy instructs believers to make a stand and be good soldiers of Jesus Christ. There are many things that can derail the Christian while we wait for the Lord’s return but the Apostle Paul wants to encourage all believers to stand strong and be a faithful testimony.
    Bible Scripture: Darby Translation
2 Timothy 2:1-6 “Thou therefore, my child, be strong in the grace which [is] in Christ Jesus. And the things thou hast heard of me in the presence of many witnesses, these entrust to faithful men, such as shall be competent to instruct others also. Take thy share in suffering as a good soldier of Jesus Christ. No one going as a soldier entangles himself with the affairs of life, that he may please him who has enlisted him as a soldier. And if also any one contend [in the games], he is not crowned unless he contend lawfully. The husbandman must labour before partaking of the fruits.”

  • “Lord, Save Me”
Many storms and trials in life can sometimes make us fearful and feel alone but God has provided a saviour who loves us and wants to save us. His name is Jesus and he is able to meet your every need. Simply trust him!
    Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
Matthew 14:22-33 “And immediately he compelled the disciples to go on board ship, and to go on before him to the other side, until he should have dismissed the crowds. And having dismissed the crowds, he went up into the mountain apart to pray. And when even was come, he was alone there, but the ship was already in the middle of the sea tossed by the waves, for the wind was contrary. But in the fourth watch of the night he went off to them, walking on the sea. And the disciples, seeing him walking on the sea, were troubled, saying, It is an apparition. And they cried out through fear. But Jesus immediately spoke to them, saying, Take courage; it is I: be not afraid. And Peter answering him said, Lord, if it be thou, command me to come to thee upon the waters.  And he said, Come. And Peter, having descended from the ship, walked upon the waters to go to Jesus. But seeing the wind strong he was afraid; and beginning to sink he cried out, saying, Lord, save me. And immediately Jesus stretched out his hand and caught hold of him, and says to him, O thou of little faith, why didst thou doubt? And when they had gone up into the ship, the wind fell. But those in the ship came and did homage to him, saying, Truly thou art God’s Son.”
Mark 4:37-41 “And there comes a violent gust of wind, and the waves beat into the ship, so that it already filled. And *he* was in the stern sleeping on the cushion. And they awake him up and say to him, Teacher, dost thou not care that we are perishing? And awaking up he rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, Silence; be mute. And the wind fell, and there was a great calm.  And he said to them, Why are ye [thus] fearful? how [is it] ye have not faith? And they feared [with] great fear, and said one to another, Who then is this, that even the wind and the sea obey him?”
