  • The Power of God unto Salvation
The Gospel is the Power of God unto Salvation and today God is still speaking in wondrous Grace to this world. He has provided a Saviour, Jesus Christ who came into this world to make God known and to rescue the sinner from perishing. Listen to the following message to discover how your sins can be forgiven because of the work of Jesus.
    Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
Luke 5:17-26 ” And it came to pass on one of the days, that he was teaching, and there were Pharisees and doctors of the law sitting by, who were come out of every village of Galilee and Judaea and [out of] Jerusalem; and [the] Lord’s power was [there] to heal them. And lo, men bringing upon a couch a man who was paralysed; and they sought to bring him in, and put [him] before him. And not finding what way to bring him in, on account of the crowd, going up on the housetop they let him down through the tiles, with his little couch, into the midst before Jesus. And seeing their faith, he said, Man, thy sins are forgiven thee. And the scribes and the Pharisees began to reason [in their minds], saying, Who is this who speaks blasphemies? Who is able to forgive sins but God alone? But Jesus, knowing their reasonings, answering said to them, Why reason ye in your hearts? which is easier, to say, Thy sins are forgiven thee; or to say, Rise up and walk? But that ye may know that the Son of man has power on earth to forgive sins, he said to the paralysed man, I say to thee, Arise, and take up thy little couch and go to thine house. And immediately standing up before them, having taken up that whereon he was laid, he departed to his house, glorifying God. And astonishment seized all, and they glorified God, and were filled with fear, saying, We have seen strange things to-day”

  • The Great Love of God
In the following Gospel preaching you will hear about the great love of God, and the work he has done to save you from your sins.  The Bible only proclaims one way of salvation and that is through the Lord Jesus Christ. We trust as you listen to this Gospel recording you will come to trust in Jesus as your Lord and saviour.
    Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
Ezekiel 33:10-11 “And thou, son of man, say unto the house of Israel, Thus ye speak, saying, Our transgressions and our sins are upon us, and we waste away in them, how then should we live? Say unto them, As I live, saith the Lord Jehovah, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked; but that the wicked turn from his way and live”
John 8:1-11 “But Jesus went to the mount of Olives. And early in the morning he came again into the temple, and all the people came to him; and he sat down and taught them. And the scribes and the Pharisees bring [to him] a woman taken in adultery, and having set her in the midst, they say to him, Teacher, this woman has been taken in the very act, committing adultery. Now in the law Moses has commanded us to stone such; thou therefore, what sayest thou? But this they said proving him, that they might have [something] to accuse him [of]. But Jesus, having stooped down, wrote with his finger on the ground. But when they continued asking him, he lifted himself up and said to them, Let him that is without sin among you first cast the stone at her. And again stooping down he wrote on the ground. But they, having heard [that], went out one by one beginning from the elder ones until the last; and Jesus was left alone and the woman standing there. And Jesus, lifting himself up and seeing no one but the woman, said to her, Woman, where are those thine accusers? Has no one condemned thee? And she said, No one, sir. And Jesus said to her, Neither do I condemn thee: go, and sin no more”
Acts 2:21 “And it shall be that whosoever shall call upon the name of [the] Lord shall be saved”

  • The Great Love of God
God has moved out in love in the person of his son, Jesus Christ. It is God’s desire for you to be saved. In the Gospel the Lord Jesus is presented as the way of salvation. The Bible tells us that it is only by his victory at Calvary’s cross that we can be forgiven from our sins and brought near to God. Listen to the following Gospel preaching to learn of the great love of God.
    Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
John 3:14-15 “ And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, thus must the Son of man be lifted up, that every one who believes on him may [not perish, but] have life eternal”
Romans 8:3 “ For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God, having sent his own Son, in likeness of flesh of sin, and for sin, has condemned sin in the flesh”
Romans 3:21-25 “But now without law righteousness of God is manifested, borne witness to by the law and the prophets; righteousness of God by faith of Jesus Christ towards all, and upon all those who believe: for there is no difference; for all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; being justified freely by his grace through the redemption which [is] in Christ Jesus; whom God has set forth a mercy-seat, through faith in his blood”
Romans 4:24 “to whom, believing on him who has raised from among [the] dead Jesus our Lord, who has been delivered for our offences and has been raised for our justification, it will be reckoned”
Romans 5:1-2 “Therefore having been justified on the principle of faith, we have peace towards God through our Lord Jesus Christ; by whom we have also access by faith into this favour in which we stand, and we boast in hope of the glory of God.”

  • Behold the Man Upon the Cross
There is only one way of salvation. Good works and church attendance cannot save you, Behold the Man who can the Lord Jesus Christ.  Jesus came to this earth over 2000 years ago on a rescue mission. If we take a look around us today or even back in history we see one big barrier separating us from a holy and righteous God. That barrier is “SIN”. This sin-barrier is too much for us to take on ourselves. In fact there is no way we can remove it on our own. That is why God sent someone to REMOVE it completely, a Saviour; Jesus Christ. God sent His OWN Son Jesus, to die in your place. He was crucified on a cross and shed His blood for YOU!
    Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
John 19:1-6 “Then Pilate therefore took Jesus and scourged [him]. And the soldiers having plaited a crown of thorns put it on his head, and put a purple robe on him, and came to him and said, Hail, king of the Jews! and gave him blows on the face. And Pilate went out again and says to them, Lo, I bring him out to you, that ye may know that I find in him no fault whatever. (Jesus therefore went forth without, wearing the crown of thorn, and the purple robe.) And he says to them, Behold the man! When therefore the chief priests and the officers saw him they cried out saying, Crucify, crucify [him]. Pilate says to them, Take him ye and crucify [him], for I find no fault in him”

  • Jesus Standing…
Each of the following scriptures read refers to Jesus standing. Today he’s still standing with his arms outstretched to bless you. He wants you to come into the joy of salvation. Oh, sinner won’t you come! Come to Jesus the one who can meet your every need.
    Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
Luke 18:35-43 “And it came to pass when he came into the neighbourhood of Jericho, a certain blind man sat by the wayside begging. And when he heard the crowd passing, he inquired what this might be. And they told him that Jesus the Nazaraean was passing by. And he called out saying, Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me. And those [who were] going before rebuked him that he might be silent; but *he* cried out so much the more, Son of David, have mercy on me. And Jesus stood still, and commanded him to be led to him. And when he drew nigh he asked him [saying], What wilt thou that I shall do to thee? And he said, Lord, that I may see. And Jesus said to him, See: thy faith has healed thee. And immediately he saw, and followed him, glorifying God. And all the people when they saw [it] gave praise to God.”
John 21:1-7 “After these things Jesus manifested himself again to the disciples at the sea of Tiberias. And he manifested [himself] thus. There were together Simon Peter, and Thomas called Didymus, and Nathanael who was of Cana of Galilee, and the [sons] of Zebedee, and two others of his disciples. Simon Peter says to them, I go to fish. They say to him, We also come with thee. They went forth, and went on board, and that night took nothing. And early morn already breaking, Jesus stood on the shore; the disciples however did not know that it was Jesus. Jesus therefore says to them, Children, have ye anything to eat? They answered him, No. And he said to them, Cast the net at the right side of the ship and ye will find. They cast therefore, and they could no longer draw it, from the multitude of fishes. That disciple therefore whom Jesus loved says to Peter, It is the Lord. Simon Peter therefore, having heard that it was the Lord,”
Acts 7:54-60 “And hearing these things they were cut to the heart, and gnashed their teeth against him. But being full of [the] Holy Spirit, having fixed his eyes on heaven, he saw [the] glory of God, and Jesus standing at the right hand of God, and said, Lo, I behold the heavens opened, and the Son of man standing at the right hand of God. And they cried out with a loud voice, and held their ears, and rushed upon him with one accord; and having cast [him] out of the city, they stoned [him]. And the witnesses laid aside their clothes at the feet of a young man called Saul. And they stoned Stephen, praying, and saying, Lord Jesus, receive my spirit. And kneeling down, he cried with a loud voice, Lord, lay not this sin to their charge. And having said this, he fell asleep.”
Revelation 3:20 “Behold, I stand at the door and am knocking; if any one hear my voice and open the door, I will come in unto him and sup with him, and he with me.”

  • Do you have Peace with God?
Do you have Peace with God? God sent his son Jesus Christ into the world to establish peace between mankind and himself. The Lord Jesus gave up his life on a cross and shed his blood. It is by his precious blood that peace has now been established for the sinner who trusts in Christ.
    Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
Isaiah 48:22 “There is no peace, saith Jehovah, unto the wicked”
Isaiah 57:21 “There is no peace, saith my God, to the wicked”
Colossians 1:19-22 “for in him all the fulness [of the Godhead] was pleased to dwell, and by him to reconcile all things to itself, having made peace by the blood of his cross—by him, whether the things on the earth or the things in the heavens. And you, who once were alienated and enemies in mind by wicked works, yet now has it reconciled in the body of his flesh through death; to present you holy and unblamable and irreproachable before it”

Over 2000 years ago Jesus left his home in heaven to come to this earth to save you. He journeyed to calvary’s cross and suffered and died at the hands of man to save you. Is it Nothing to You?
    Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation

  • The Most Important Event in the Universe
Two Questions for you… What is the most important event in the Universe? and the second What is the most important event in your life?
    Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
Mark 15:15-34 “And Pilate, desirous of contenting the crowd, released to them Barabbas, and delivered up Jesus, when he had scourged him, that he might be crucified. And the soldiers led him away into the court which is [called the] praetorium, and they call together the whole band. And they clothe him with purple, and bind round on him a crown of thorns which they had plaited. And they began to salute him, Hail, King of the Jews! And they struck his head with a reed, and spat on him, and, bending the knee, did him homage. And when they had mocked him, they took the purple off him, and put his own clothes on him; and they lead him out that they may crucify him. And they compel to go [with them] a certain passer-by, Simon, a Cyrenian, coming from the field, the father of Alexander and Rufus, that he might carry his cross. And they bring him to the place [called] Golgotha, which, being interpreted, is Place of a skull. And they offered him wine [to drink] medicated with myrrh; but he did not take [it]. And having crucified him, they part his clothes amongst [themselves], casting lots on them, what each one should take. And it was the third hour, and they crucified him. And the superscription of what he was accused of was written up: The King of the Jews. And with him they crucify two robbers, one on his right hand, and one on his left. [And the scripture was fulfilled which says, And he was reckoned with the lawless.] And they that passed by reviled him, shaking their heads, and saying, Aha, thou that destroyest the temple and buildest it in three days, save thyself, and descend from the cross.  In like manner the chief priests also, with the scribes, mocking with one another, said, He saved others; himself he cannot save.  Let the Christ the King of Israel descend now from the cross, that we may see and may believe. And they that were crucified with him reproached him. And when [the] sixth hour was come, there came darkness over the whole land until [the] ninth hour; and at the ninth hour, Jesus cried with a loud voice, [saying], Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachthani? which is, being interpreted, My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?
Luke 23:39-43 “Now one of the malefactors who had been hanged spoke insultingly to him, saying, Art not thou the Christ? save thyself and us. But the other answering rebuked him, saying, Dost *thou* too not fear God, thou that art under the same judgment? and we indeed justly, for we receive the just recompense of what we have done; but this [man] has done nothing amiss. And he said to Jesus, Remember me, [Lord,] when thou comest in thy kingdom. And Jesus said to him, Verily I say to thee, To-day shalt thou be with me in paradise.”
