Exodus Chapter 14 recounts the miraculous crossing of the Red Sea. God leads the Israelites into a trap to harden Pharaoh's heart. When the Egyptian army pursues them, a panicked Israel is saved as God parts the sea. The Israelites cross on dry ground, while the Egyptians drown when the waters return.
