This is our first introduction episode into prenatal nutrition. This week we are talking about the basics when it comes to important nutrients to consume when you are pregnant and what each of these nutrients do for both mom and baby. We also talk about some general guidance around eating when you are pregnant and then we go into detail about prenatal vitamins. We compare three popular prenatal supplement brands including Ritual, FullWell, and Needed.
