Dion has a really interesting story, he comes from a family of writers and academics and he said that he was kind of the black sheep in the family and that doing things like starting a business and running a business was just not something that you did in his family.

He did it anyway, and he actually went on to build the business to a point where it was a saleable asset, and late last year he sold the company.

In this episode, Dion shares with us his journey, how he went about selling the company and he shares with us what things businesses should be doing to try and prepare for a successful sale as well.
