Presidential pardons are not usually overturned or declared invalid. However, President Trump is making claims that some of President Biden's final pardons while in office, which granted blanket immunity to Congressional members of the Jan. 6 committee, are not valid. The reason, says President Trump, is because those pardons were signed with something called an "autopen."
