To be honest, I can’t believe I’m writing this…

Honestly, I thought I would always struggle with being overweight and depressed. 

But something happened a year and a half ago that changed everything. 

I stopped trying to lose weight. And instead, I focused on being happy.

And that one shift completely transformed me! I went from being:

• Overweight to losing 50 lbs.
• Anxious to bungee jumping off a bridge
• Depressed to being the happiest and most stable I've ever been... 

and maintaining it all, even through the hard times!
