On today’s episode, Dewey kicks it with two therapist, Craig Fitzgerald, who works at Modern Therapy and Devin Washington who works at Conquering Walls Counseling Agency. These two not only know what they’re talking about but also know how to talk their shit and y’all know we love that! The three discuss mens mental health and the importance of creating safe spaces for men to be able to be vocal. Craig feels that a true man knows how to adapt based on their environment and circumstance, while Devin feels that it’s important for men to cry. They also touch on how to best support men in these spaces and they even break down the difference between Clark Kent and Superman.

The question at hand was what does “keeping it player” mean and how does one know when they’re not keeping it player. Justin shares that being transparent is the key to keeping it player, while Kei believes that keeping it player means acting according regardless of what your real feelings are. The three also talked through what it means to have leverage and they also shared some moments that they weren’t so player and how that worked out for them.
