It's time for our annual reflection & intention chats! Recording this a little later than usual, but I did want to continue the tradition of this yearly episode where I talk about my reflections of the past year and my word & intentions of the new year, so I'm happy that I found some time and space to do so! As always, I dive deep into the energy of what I wish to embody in this upcoming year and the lessons I learned in the past year. Equally, I talk about what I'm proud of, where I'm at in life & what I'm looking forward to in 2025. My word of the new year is 'presence' and I hope to find calmness, gentleness, and a general sense of unfolding and trust within that word (and within the year).
