ESPN just released their 2026 NFL roster rankings, and the Titans landed at No. 28 overall.

In this episode of Press Man Coverage, we break down the full analysis from the article, including their projected starting lineup, biggest strengths and weaknesses, X-factors, and non-starters to watch.

We discuss:

• Why the Titans’ wide receiver group is viewed as a strength after adding Wan’Dale Robinson and drafting Carnell Tate
• Safety being called out as the biggest weakness
• The X-factor status of cornerbacks Alontae Taylor and Cor’Dale Flott
• Why rookie edge rusher Keldric Faulk is a non-starter to know
• How this ranking compares to previous skill-position evaluations
• Whether we think 28th is fair or too low for this roster

We give our honest reactions and debate what this means for the 2026 season.

What did you think of the Titans being ranked 28th? Drop your thoughts in the comments!

oin Lem, Sauce, and Captain Cody on Press Man Coverage as we go head-to-head debating Tony Pollard's place in the NFL — both in fantasy football drafts and his real-life impact as the Tennessee Titans' lead back!

Fresh off the ESPN Fantasy Football 2026 RB Preseason Rankings, where Pollard lands around RB28 (consensus in the late 20s across experts), we break down if he's a reliable flex/RB2 value or a capped low-ceiling option heading into his age-29 season and third year with the Titans.

2025 Stats Spotlight (via ESPN): 242 carries (13th in NFL) for 1,082 rushing yards (13th), 4.5 YPC (24th), and 5 touchdowns. He added 33 receptions for 206 yards. Solid volume as the clear lead back (heavy snap/opportunity share), but touchdown scarcity and a limited receiving role (especially with Tyjae Spears in the mix) kept his fantasy output in check.

We discuss:

• Pollard's efficiency, vision, and burst vs. the Titans' offensive line and QB play (Cam Ward era)
• Fantasy outlook for 2026: Flex staple, steal at ADP, or avoid in tougher formats?
• Real NFL impact: Workhorse potential, goal-line concerns, and how he fits Tennessee's scheme
• Comparisons to other RBs and bold takes on his ceiling/floor

Plenty of fire debate, Titans insight, and actionable info for your leagues or just understanding the backfield! Drop your take in the comments — is Pollard a buy-low candidate or fading vet?

The Titans made a big move by extending star defensive tackle Jeff Simmons, and we’re breaking down exactly why it made sense for both sides. We also dive into the benefits of locking up young offensive lineman Peter Skoronski on an extension sooner rather than later, and we discuss which other players on the current roster we believe are worthy of a big new deal (outside of Cam Ward).

In this episode of Press Man Coverage, we go position-by-position and evaluate:

• The details and long-term impact of the Jeff Simmons extension
• Why extending Peter Skoronski early would be a smart move for the Titans’ future
• Which players we think are most deserving of the next big contract
• Who on the current roster is actually living up to their deal (and who might be overpaid)

We break down production vs. cap hit, positional value, age curves, and how these decisions fit into the bigger picture of building around Cam Ward.

Drop your thoughts in the comments — who do you think deserves the next extension on this roster?

The Titans wrapped up OTAs and the consistent theme was clear: young talent is rising fast while the veteran leadership group (and a few key absences) set the tone for what’s next.

In this episode of Press Man Coverage we break down both OTA sessions with all the biggest headlines:

• Chimere Dike steals the show — catching touchdowns from all three quarterbacks and looking like a legitimate weapon
• Carnell Tate dominates again — another big-play day and the continued emergence of the rookie WR
• Mitch Trubisky solidifies as QB2 — efficient, steady, and clearly comfortable in Brian Daboll’s system
• Cam Ward’s mixed bag — flashes of brilliance mixed with some red-zone struggles and timing issues as he continues adjusting to the new offense
• Will Levis flashes — a strong day with multiple touchdowns, including a long strike
• Depth standouts like Xavier Restrepo, Keydrain Calligan, Bryce Oliver, and Nick Singleton making noise
• Veteran absences (including Carnell Tate sitting out Day 2 and several defensive vets) and what it means for the room

We also preview Mandatory Mini-Camp kicking off this week. How will the veterans come in prepped after the OTAs? We break down the film study advantage, playbook mastery, and how even the guys who missed some voluntary sessions now have real tape and install notes to catch up on. With pads coming on, expect the intensity to ramp up — more physical reps, better competition in the trenches, and a clearer picture of where Cam Ward stands with the ones. Plus we discuss what to watch for from the young guys getting their first real padded work and how Robert Saleh’s defensive culture and Brian Daboll’s offensive scheme will start to take shape in a more competitive environment.
