Have you ever had the Holy Spirit check you? During a Bible Study recording, i felt the Holy Spirit nudging at me to take a moment for self-reflection. The word was so good i started to get beside myself thinking about all my trauma. The Holy Spirit was like calm down child. You need to check your heart posture before you try to minister to my flock. I received my correction and this is was the final outcome.

Sometimes the enemy is indeed the inner me. We hold on to bitterness and resentment from our past while allowing people to take up space in our hearts who should have long been evicted. What we fail to realize is this feeds the spirit of pride (leviathan) and blocks our blessings since our hearts are hardened. We have to be open to receive. That starts with forgiveness. One thing the children of Israel has taught me and a prominent theme throughout their story in the Bible, is just how we can allow our flesh to lead us in our decisions. A big NO NO! Scriptures tells us repeatedly there is a constant battle between our spirit and our flesh for our soul. It also says the flesh is weak but the spirit is willing.

What do you do when things seem to be coming at you left and right and it seems you can't catch a break? It's so easy to want to give up, throw in the towel, and let the enemy win. I started this podcast back in December 2020 in support of my healing journey with hopes that I could inspire others to do the same. My goal was to tap into my true self/higher self and start showing up as her. I can honestly say that today I am indeed living that reality. Though there have been many pivots and turns, one thing I am grateful for is re-introduction to Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. Without him we can do nothing, and with HIM anything is possible.
