Olay is a beauty product my grandmother wore and part of my Latino Heritage because she passed that down to me by showing me how to use these products and why she loved them so much.

The STEM gap is something that I advocate for Latina girls at Pretty Smart Foundation and is a reason why I love this brand even more.
