On the journey to her master's in industrial organizational psychology, she and her  co-collaborator discovered The Needs Languages. A powerful tool that helps personalities communicate. Kelly Cronin is all about irons in the fire. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin Madison with a BS in Animal Sciences, she became licensed as a veterinary technician in Alaska in 2001, New Mexico in 2006, and Wisconsin in 2016. Kelly became Certified as a Professional in Human Resources in 2010, completing her Masters of Business Administration from Mississippi State University in 2012, and became a Veterinary Technician Specialist in Emergency and Critical Care in 2013.  Kelly wrote and published “In the Middle”, a book for veterinary technicians in management and wrote “IQ Cronin and the Rainy Days” a travel book focusing on language, math, science, travel and culture written with her 10 year old and benefiting the Milwaukee French Immersion School travel program to help inner city French Immersion students see Paris, France.  She is a national and international speaker presenting on leadership, management, professional growth, speaking and emergency and critical care medicine.  She serves as an instructor for VSPN, is the CEO of Success Strategies Veterinary Consulting, Chief Advancement Officer at the helm of VetTechLife, was the Director of Denovo Operations for the Mission Veterinary Partners (36 + hospital group), and currently is Operation Support Manager with NVA for a group of specialty and emergency hospitals on the east coast.  Kelly is an organizer of the VetTechLife CE on the Sea events.  She also is the CEO of Cronin’s Castles, a curated group of three unique spaces offering magical vacations in Vieques, Puerto Rico, Kasilof, Alaska, and Indianola, Utah.  If you want to have a dinner picnic on a deserted magnetic black sand beach or take painting lessons with one of the more than 9000 wild horses as your subject, we have you covered.  If going dog sledding and then warming up in front of the fire with a cup of hot cocoa and a windowed 360-degree view of the northern lights is more your style, no problem.  Alternately, turn up the speed in a snowmobile or on a UTV before soaking sore muscles in the two-person hot tub in Utah.  Kelly also offers short courses online in management, technical topics, marketing, presenting, resume review, professional growth, financial fitness, and in creating your own incredible vacation rentals through Success Strategies University.
