This week, Hussein speaks to author and New Yorker columnist Kyle Chayka about his recent New Yorker article "Why The Internet Isn't Fun Anymore". Kyle explains how the take-over by platforms in the late Aughts and 2010's expanded the internet's regular audience, and turned users into producers and consumers simultaneously – making the internet a place where you were expected to work, and have fun, at the same time. With no signs of that changing, Kyle explains how he's adopted a more conscious, and selective approach to going online, and how he's returned to tradition through the medium of bootlegged flash games.

Currently, Aid is not getting through. You can donate with the knowledge that these funds will be used the instant Aid is allowed into Gaza, but please do make your voice heard in other ways about this. Showing up at protest marches and writing letters to elected MPs are useful acts of solidarity. Please encourage your elected representatives to support calls for a ceasefire, while still bearing in mind a ceasefire is at best a temporary reprieve and represents the bare minimum
