HEADLINE: What is Unaffordable? by Richard C. Lyons

The Wallstreet Journal is now and has always been anti-MAGA.

The Wallstreet Journal ran a full page editorial in a few parts where they said IT’S OVER. Trump was finally going to kill us all.

They think they have this on lockdown.

If Trump can’t fix this, who do you propose can fix it? Who from the Democrats and who from the Republican party can fix this? Is there anyone because I certainly don’t see anyone that has the ability to.

Remember the 2nd mortgages? Remember the reverse mortgage?

How many of you remember the movie The Big Short? They show this in that movie. All of this was legal by the way.

Between 2009 and 2016, the fed rate was kept arbitrarily low at .75%, which inflated real estate prices; from 2020 to 2022, the fed rate was pushed down again to .25%, with the result of further increasing the average home price from $220,900 in 2010 to $420,000 in 2024. At the same time, the Federal Reserve has pushed up interest rates to 5.5%, so the average American has to pay more and borrow at higher rates for real estate, thanks to the government’s interventions to make housing more affordable.

So how do you fix this? 

Get rid of Fannie and Freddie?

HEADLINE: What is Unaffordable? by Richard C. Lyons

During the Obama presidency, there was a grand push to make a university education more affordable; that is when the whole student loan industry was taken over by the federal government. In 2010, the total US student loan debt was $772 billion; today, the total debt is $1.750 trillion. The average student graduating today carries $30,000.00 in debt. The average price of a university education has risen from $20,000 in 2010 to $31,000 per year today, or 59% higher since the Democrat Party took over the US university financing system. The average college education costs $120,000 these days; that does not sound affordable. It sounds like every single student needs a loan.

Even with the government’s control and expenditure, by 2010, healthcare in America was still deemed “unaffordable” to the Democrat Party. In answer to the problem, the Obama administration created the Affordable Care Act, which went into effect in 2014. In 2013, the average consumer paid $232 for their monthly premium, with an average deductible of $2,425. Today, that same consumer must pay $621/month or $7,452/year while having $6,000 in deductibles. Premiums and deductibles are expected to increase by 25% again in 2026. The Affordable Care Act is becoming more unaffordable by the day.

There is a video going around of a pregnant woman and her 2 children getting beat up by a bunch of elementary aged children.

Obedience to unenforceable rules.

What is going on with society where this type of behavior is recorded and cheered on?

These were CHILDREN!

HEADLINE: Outrage grows after mom and 9-year-old son are jumped by schoolkids in viral video by Katie Hawkinson

How do you ‘fix’ this?

Corshawnda Hatter, 33, and her nine-year-old son were attacked by a group of kids on Monday afternoon, just blocks away from Orville T. Bright Elementary School in Chicago’s Far South Side. 

Mayor Brandon Johnson said he was “deeply disturbed” after watching the video of the attack, and called for accountability for the attackers. “That type of behavior is unacceptable in our city and we must not normalize that type of senseless violence.”

There are no fathers in these kids lives. 

They are raised by single mothers who can’t be bothered with raising their children.

What about traditional names too?

Having a Christian name sake is a beautiful thing. 

Naming your child after an apostle of or a Saint or Mother Mary herself used to be the only names out there. 

What would have prevented this?

Children acting all christian maybe?

Number two he’s also threatened to send the military to Chicago and other cities to go to war, that is a threat. Number three he has alluded to sending troops to polling stations so those are just a few examples recently. Martha, here is a novel idea, how about we prevent things before they become a problem. As a military officer we train people, we prepare people for what’s coming down. I don’t want to wait until there is a major issue. 

NONE of the 3 things Crow mentions were actual orders.

He can’t give an actual order because they haven’t been given an unlawful order.

AUDIO/VIDEO: New Hampshire State Senate Sharon Carson - Calling on Goodlander to Resign -  Quite frankly I believe because of these statements, she should resign from the US House if that is not going to happen, the House should censure here and her colleagues and they should hav their security clearances pulled. I’ve lost any confidence that I ever had in her to represent the state of New Hampshire. And as a veteran I am appalled.
