What does Washington charge them as?

They are all charged with sedition and they are all sentenced to HANG!

The father of our country pulls a Trump and pardons them all.

Art. VI. Any officer, non-commissioned officer, or soldier, who being present at any mutiny or sedition, does not use his utmost endeavours to suppress the same, or coming to the knowledge of any mutiny, or intended mutiny, does not, without delay, give information thereof to the commanding officer, shall be punished by order of a general court-martial, according to the nature of his offense.

This means if you HEAR about a mutiny and don’t turn them in, you are as guilty as they are.

The Founding Fathers did NOT and were NOT playing around with this.

Was the order to pilot the Enola Gay airplane, was that order given to the captain a legal order?

Was it a lawful order? Yes. Was it a MORAL order? No.

Admiral Nimitz did not say no, he advised Trump NOT to do it but they weren’t actually ordered to carry it out. It did not leave from Nimitz battle group though.
