Pricey Talks Real Life

Chris McMurray is the chairman of the Northern Ireland UFO Society. There has been a large increase in the number of UFO sightings around the Irish sky's in 2020, If fact there were 105 reported UFO sighting in total last year. Chris is a subject matter expert in this field and we chat about UFO's, Aliens, Area 51 and are we alone or are there other life forms out there. 

In this weeks episode I chat to Irish born Laura Price who has lived all her life in Holland. As a registered nurse she is now a Dutch front line worker.  We chat about The Dutch health system, how Holland is handling lockdown and how the notorious Dutch coffee shops  are getting on with restrictions in place. 

Today we chat to Anthony Corrigan  from Dublin. He has been called a Conspiracy Theorist by many for his views on Chemtrails, Fluoride, Covid 19, Vaccines, Climate Change and elite globalism. Jim Schofield serial adventurer from Blessington in Wicklow is building his own 5.8 mtr long sail boat in his garden shed. This is to fulfil his lifelong dream of sailing solo across the Atlantic ocean. Jim talks today about what has driven him to take on this tough challenge. If all goes to plan, he will start his 3,600 mile journey later this year from Portugal hoping to arrive in the West Indies after a month of adventure on the high sea's. We chat to Jim today and get to know him and hear about his plan to cross the Atlantic solo.

Today’s chat is with  Alan Kelly known to many as the Great AK.  AK is a well known physical therapist to some of Ireland's biggest sports personalities.  In todays chat we talk about cancer and what the journey entails. AK talks honestly about how he has fought  serious life-threatening  cancer and his incredible personal journey that is full of resilience, determination and hope. It’s a miracle he is here today. 

The Music Business is exactly what it says on the tin. Music and Business. Josh McClorey is a successful 25 year old musician from Cavan. He spent over a decade playing with the Strypes, a very successful young Irish band notorious for their 60's &70's Rock & Roll and Rhythm & Blues style of music. As teenagers they were global, played in Arena's, toured the world and released 3 albums. Josh is extremely proud of what they achieved. The Strypes split up in late 2018 and Josh has now embarked on a solo artist career.  He chats today about the past 10 years, what he has learned and how this has helped him forge his successful solo artist career. 

Heart attacks can happen to almost anyone — no matter what age, gender, diet or fitness level. 
Ciaran Farrell from Dublin suffered a massive  heart attack 3 months ago. Ciaran was on a family holiday in the west of Ireland with his wife and kids. They were  on a day out and about to go zip lining when Ciaran suffered his heart attack. Ciaran chats about that day and how it has changed his life.
Suffering from chest pain whilst training for the Dublin Marathon, Ken Noonan, runner, business owner and telecoms engineer from Dublin, put the pain and difficulty breathing down to hay fever. But the pain and breathlessness persisted. Ken was sent for an angiogram where it was revealed he had heart blockages and would need stents put in to open up arteries. Ken talks openly about his heart disease and how he is dealing with it.

On this weeks episode Pricey chats with Dubliner Chris Harrington. Chris is from Portland Row in Dublins North Inner City and very proud of his community. The Harringtons are a well known family in the area, his sister is World Boxing Champion Kelly Harrington. This particular area of inner city Dublin is known to many as the football factory. With focus and strong determination Chris gained a four year scholarship in America followed by a career as a professional footballer. He had decisions to make in life whether to stay comfortable as a professional footballer or push to achieve his dreams and become a world class UEFA A qualified coach. We chat to Chris today about his passion and determination to follow his dreams and about making good and bad decisions. Chris is now a professional coach in Iceland. We hear his story about how he got there and his future plans. It's a  great story . I hope you enjoy it.

On this weeks episode Pricey chats with Brian "Kegs" Kerrigan. This is a fascinating and compelling story about Brians life. He chats to Pricey about his struggles and challenges with gambling, drink and drugs and the complications this brought to his life . The story begins as a teenager in Dublin and follows his  life in London, Australia, and the USA. Brian was also in the North Tower of the World Trade Center in New York City on  September 11th 2001 (9/11) when the first plane hit. He chats about that day and what it felt like to be in the North Tower, how he got out and life after 9/11. Finally we find out how Brian is now and his future plans.
