For this episode I’m joined by Certified Primal Question Coach, Tonya Peck, who discusses her journey in overcoming guilt and shame which will helped lead her to becoming a Certified Primal Question Coach.

Tonya is a Certified Group Fitness and a Spin Instructor who leads by example prioritizing physical health and mental wellness by empowering others to take those first steps towards those goals that set their heart on fire - and get them out of their comfort zone. 

Tonya focuses on community and connection within that environment for positive accountability to break those belief barriers that are holding people back. 

Through Tonya’s Certified Primal Question Coaching, she provides individual and group coaching to identify her clients’ highest emotional needs while helping them discover how that need influences all personal and professional relationships. 

Tonya focuses her energy on giving hope and encouragement to others with knowledge that their past doesn't define their future, healthy relationships are possible and all experiences are an opportunity for growth and impact.
