I think it feels good to place the blame on people, but the truth is when you want to do something, nothing or no one can stop you. Why don’t we have that same bravery in all aspects in life? As a leader the hardest thing to do is admit when you’ve made a mistake, but it’s the best thing to do . I admire a leader that can admit to a wrong and right the path.
