In this podcast, Dr Toni Hazell and Dr Nicola Weaver discuss the use of tamoxifen and some other drugs in the primary prevention of breast cancer for women who are at a moderate or high risk due to their family history. The podcast discusses the evidence behind the use of these drugs, as well as how to work out which women should be referred, referral pathways and the practicalities of prescribing for this purpose.
