We keep saying, "I need to lose weight!"  Here are a few thoughts on that very statement which I have said several times, and the key moment that changed it.

It's quite easy to get all caught up with ourselves, and the game of comparison...and forget to be grateful for what we have rather than jealous of what we don't.

I know how it is, and understand how it goes.  Things don't always go right at the store, or at home, or in your relationships and one can only take so much before they explode...but are we talking to the right people to address our problems...and do we want to just complain about the issue or solve the problem?
