On Episode 5, Deputy Hook'em dives into California's Senate Bill 2 which has law enforcement media claiming that the "end of law enforcement" and qualified immunity in The Golden State has arrived. But, is qualified immunity really gone? Hook'em answers all that and more to clear up misinformation on the bill and give a more clear picture on what is to come as this law works its way towards being signed by the Governor in the coming days.
