Hey everyone! Sorry it took me a while to get another episode up. I’ve been into journaling for a while now and I’ve shared some of my entries to you in past episodes. I hope this gives you some inspiration if you’re looking to get into it yourselves! Enjoy!

Hello! Long time no see! Or I guess no hear/listen! I’ve been caught up working on the finishing touches to my vet school application 😬 so my apologies for lack of episodes lately. On the topic of applications I’m sharing with you guys my reason for wanting to be a vet and why I think the field is so important regardless of whether you have pets of your own or even like animals. Thanks for listening!

Hey guys! The sustainability talk is finally here! I hope you guys enjoy!

Hello everyone! I was inspired by BTS recent announcement to take a “break” for this week’s episode. This is sort of like a part 2 to Peptalk #13 so I encourage you to listen to that episode first if you haven’t already! Thank you for tuning in!

Just a spontaneous conversation for today where I talk about random shit and a mini twitter rant! Thanks for listening!

Talking about your feelings and opening up to someone about your personal life is scary and can make you feel vulnerable. It’s often difficult to find someone you can trust to not judge you and it can be just as difficult to know how to respond when someone opens up to you. I hope this episode gives you a few ideas on how you can approach these types of conversations both as the person sharing and the person listening. Thank you as always for your support!

Hey my friends, this week's episode is a bit all over the place as I get real with you after experiencing criticism, being a perfectionist and feeling behind in life. From feeling like I've made too little progress, comparing myself to other people and being burnt out from going after my dream of being a veterinarian, in this episode I'm letting all my thoughts out in the open for you. Hopefully I'm not the only one that experiences these types of emotions. Please feel free to leave this podcast a review and as always thank you for your support. 💜💜
