I recently had a series of video visitations with Cat, where we discussed her life and the events that led to her incarceration.

Today we are watching the parole board hearing for Maurice Blackwel who was convicted in 2000 of killing Alonta Gaymon. He was 19 years old when he sh*t her with "a shotg*n blast to the back of the head" after a dispute over drug territory.  In 2023 his sentence of 60 years was reduced to 25 years and now on November 4 of 2024 he is up for parole.   Maurice had done a lot to turn his live around since he was 19 but will it be enough to get parole?  Tune in and find out.
