Carl Bergauer is an icon in the contract furniture industry with nearly four decades of experience. He started from selling office supplies to managing sales teams to running operations and even becoming president of various organizations. He is one of the founders and former chair of Metrocon - the largest non-profit, self-produced, volunteer-driven, design specification-focused regional expo and conference in the USA. 

Nowadays, Carl is working as a business consultant to assist enhance their market strategy and sales operations to better serve clients and target sectors. He has developed a fairly systematic approach on recruiting, interviewing and onboarding new employees over the years. He has a very unique perspective about having the right team members in the company.

Marilyn is an educational specialist. She has been in the education sector for more than a decade now. Brian has worked in the real estate industry for about 30 years now. After a short stint in public accounting, he decided to go and pursue real estate and facilities. He had worked with big companies such as Trammell Crow and Toni Development company. Brian Lillard is now the Vice President and Business Unit Manager of Facilities of TDIndustries. He manages and maintains facilities mostly in the Southwest.

He is a multi-faceted, results-orientated leader. He has proven success in building high performing teams to provide innovative and value-added solutions to client problems.
