As a part owner and VP of Calvert Home Mortgages Investment Corporation, Jesse is keenly aware of both the equity raising business as well as the private lending for flippers business. The areas of focus for Jesse are Alberta and Ontario and by lending into his mortgage investment corporation (MIC) he's been consistently able to generate a 10%+ passive return. Borrowers can expect to pay fees and private fund rates when they borrow from Calvert but there seems to be a very strong convenience angle in their process, including quick closing.
