For the past four years, Amanda Gurgel a LMCH and the owner of the community group practice named Beyond-Counseling, has dedicated herself to improving mental health in the community through a supportive counseling environment. Originally from Brazil, she is a kid at heart that’s passionate about traveling, scuba diving, and changing lives. By traveling many different countries, it has given her the experience of diverse ways of living, thinking, and expanding her intuition. Her biggest accomplishment is one of building an empire that not only aids in community healing but also offers growth and opportunity for mental health interns and providers.

Kati has been practicing as a therapist in Missouri since 2009. Throughout her journey, she has learned what kind of therapy suits her best, as well as how to make her work as a therapist enrich her personal life outside the office. I’m her spare time she enjoys camping with her husband and 3 kids as well as growing her hobby farm.

Dr. Danielle Graddick is a Clinical Psychologist who is licensed in New Jersey and New York. She earned her doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Forensic Psychology at Wright State University University's School of Professional Psychology in 2019. Dr. Graddick currently maintains a private practice in Montclair, NJ where she conducts individual therapy and psychological testing. In her free time, she is cooking, playing with her two cats (Charlie and Darwin), hiking, or binge-watching a new series.

In 2011, one year after her divorce, Jianny founded Fearless Love to help individuals and couples create safe, intimate marriages and fearless loving relationships.

In 2018, Jianny authored an Amazon Best Seller- From Love Trauma To Fearless Love: 7 Tango Steps for Breaking Free from Narcissists and Predators. The book is recognized with the prestigious Kirkus Reviews Recommended Book Award and also received the 2020 New Author of the Year Award by Audiobook Reviewer. In her free time, Jianny enjoys traveling and dancing Salsa and Argentine Tango.

Lauryn is the owner of Bloom Counseling Services, a practice that specializes in children, teens, and emerging adults. She loves her family, her team, and her clients.

Her favorite food is cheese and favorite movie is The Princess Bride.

Anne Hosey is a licensed professional counselor in Colorado who loves helping adults "level up their grow up" with individual therapy. Her specialities are self-confidence, neurodivergence, and early adulthood. Anne is also an amateur woodworker and has built or refurbished furniture for her office and home.

Whitney Owens is a licensed professional counselor, group practice owner, and faith-based private practice consultant.

She is located in Savannah, Georgia, where she manages a private pay group practice with 10 plus clinicians.

Along with running her practice, she consults practice owners around the country on how to start and grow a successful faith-based practice.

She hosts summits, a weekly podcast, and a membership community for faith-based practice owners called Wise Practice.

Kelley Sonnenberg started in 2017 as Practice Solutions’ first billing specialist, working hands on with providers to manage their billing before moving into her current role as Billing Director, where she manages teams of billers and supervises all billing work.

Her experience as a biller gave her the knowledge, skills and passion to help expand the company, resulting in helping hundreds of mental health providers. 

Kelley’s passion for travel led her to live her dream as a digital nomad for a year abroad while working for Practice Solutions. She traveled to 22 countries in 2019, gaining an array of cultural experiences, and a unique perspective on global healthcare.

She hopes to empower providers to gain the confidence and knowledge to take on insurance billing.
