In this episode we dive into the importance of loving and putting yourself first. Often times we cater to the needs of others while leaving ourselves by the wayside. This is beneficial to no one. You operate better in relationships when you are properly loved by yourself. When you love yourself how you need to be loved, you inspire others to do the same while simultaneously teaching them how to love you. Stop shrinking yourself babes, glow on ✨
