This week Sean sits down with a new friend, Langston Ginder to talk about his journey playing independent league baseball with hopes of one day getting called up to the MLB. In addition to baseball, Langston is also pursuing a Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling and shares insights from his experience and training in therapy as they relate to athletics and life as a whole.
