    We're back after a small break due to illness and straight into a wealth of racing information with all of the main highlights from the Paralympics in Rio. Sarah's collected a heap of information and as much video as possible, so do make sure to check it all out.     This week Sarah and Dan recap the Trophee d'or and GP Plouay races along with a broader discussion about the summer block of racing and how it's gone this year with the Olympics. Sarah manages to "dan" the results of at least one race and we also preview the impending cycling at the paralympics. We get stuck into the latest news in transfers and also talk about a couple of interesting new teams on the horizon.

    This week Sarah makes a foolish promise as we try to cover all of the rest of the 2016 Olympic racing and the various other races that took place since we last spoke. There's the Olympic time trial, the track racing, the bmx, the mtb along with the Route de France, the Ladies Tour of Norway and the Open de Suede Vargarda. From the amazing efforts of Trixi Worrack, Marianne Vos, Ellen van Dijk, Mara Abbott and so many more, to the terrifying crash that changed the entire picture of the race we talk through each moment that lead to the final result. We also take some time to talk through the coming Individual Time Trial, who the top contenders are and who our favourites are likely to be. We include a couple of dark horse picks as well.   • Episode 25 - The Tropical Classic
    This week we recap the Prudential Ride London Classique 2016, and Sarah shares her experiences with live commentating at the race. We then move into a full preview and breakdown of the 2016 Olympic Road Race, the teams, the riders and the course. We run down our list of favourites and riders to watch, and unsurprisingly there's a lot of them. We take a romp through La Course, Thuringen Rundfahrt, Tour de Pologne and the BeNe Ladies Tour, all while discussing the finer points of multi-year growth plans and the overall development of the sport. Of course, this is all a precursor to the climactic Olympic Games racing that is just around the corner, but first we preview the Prudential Ride London Classique coming up on the weekend.     We're halfway through the 2016 Giro Rosa and the racing has been awesome. There's been some really interesting results and some very interesting team tactics. We break down the prologue and the first four stages in this episode and then we take a look at the mountain bike world championships and the latest news about Olympic team selections from various countries. We also dig deep into a preview of the Giro Rosa and who will (and won't) be there, and what will make the race interesting. One thing we know is that it's going to be super exciting and interesting!
