Hi beautiful friends. If life is kicking your ass right now, that's okay. If life is great right now, that's wonderful & don't overthink it! The energies are just pretty intense right now, so I wanted to give a few little insights.

This episode is an exciting one, as it's my first time featuring guests on the podcast!! While in Costa Rica, I was given the opportunity to spend time with some beautiful badasses & I'm blessed to have done some 1-1 interviews with some of them. Big things are happening in my manifestation journey, & I'm here to share some of it! You can feel the excitement in my voice, & I hope that alone can create high frequency reverberations in your lives & the lives of everyone who isn't even listening. It can be difficult to share our wins sometimes because society has programmed us to belief it to be bragging, inconsiderate of others feelings, self-centered, you name it. But I believe there to be so much power in sharing our wins, as well as our losses. It's all part of this tapestry of life, & I'm really proud to be weaving new energies into the tapestry.
