The Office of Diversity and Inclusion at Amherst College put out a "Common Language Guide" and emailed it to all it's students to teach them the appropriate communication with and for diversity. Producer Steve Robinson of the Howie Carr Show explains to us what these "left wing diversity officers" are up to their at Amherst College and how the school was so embarrassed by the Office's "guide" and objected to it's distribution that it had the Office of Diversity and Inclusion retract the guide.
