Tis the season for product enthusiasts as Marty Cagan of Silicon Valley Product Group legend unveils yet another gem!

Every few years, SVPG releases a new book that distills insights from the most successful product organizations worldwide into an easily digestible format.

This time, the focus is on the ever-elusive concept of transformation. But what exactly is transformation? It's the process of reshaping an organization to be driven by technology and innovation, shifting from a project-based model to the Product Operating Model.

Christa and Renee have delved into the book and are brimming with excitement to share their key takeaways with you, including:

- What aspects of the book have us most enthralled?
- Why does transformation pose such a formidable challenge, based on our experiences?
- Which principles, gleaned from both the book and our professional endeavours, have proven effective for facilitating transformation?
- If you find yourself in a company far removed from transformation, what strategies have we observed to kickstart your own journey?

And that's just the beginning! Expect a deep dive into these topics and more during our discussion this Thursday.

Whether you've read the book or not, we look forward to engaging with you.

What does the future have in store for Product Management?

In 2023, we've heard a lot of rumblings about Product Management roles being eliminated, companies turning away from Agility, and a focus on profitability over growth.

OH and of course we've heard that AI robots are coming to take all of our jobs.

But what's really true? What can we expect in 2024?

Our founders and Product Management experts will talk about the future of Product Management head on. And guess what, it's a lot more exciting than you think!
