I took a moment to write out how my product roadmap has come together. It's been refreshing to look back and see how all of our features come back to our core goal to make the life of project managers easier.

I took a few minutes before heading out to a conference to talk through my goals for the conference and how things have been going lately. Also, talking through some adjustments to how I think about pricing.

I join my friend Dave Payne, the Managing Director of Techstars Atlanta, at his office in Atlanta. Talking about five characteristics he looks for in the founders, he picks for his Techstar cohorts.

We are talking through some near-term decisions around pricing, metrics, and awareness. For pricing, I'm thinking about the benefits of a higher price point and talking through my logic. Give an update on some metrics I'm tracking and some updates to them. Lastly, I got a big conference coming up next month, and I'm thinking through goals for that event.

My daughter, Isabella, did a podcast take over this week. One of my driving reasons for building my own business is not being the treadmill of life and if I can open her eyes to new things I should.
