The old saying for the agile or scrum team is to be close to the work. We hear this a lot, but what does that really mean? Especially if we are a product owner or a product manager trying to understand what problems we want to solve. When we were in the business of discovering the unknown and solving problems, we really need to understand what it is we are actually doing.
