  • Ep. 120: The everyday belief that keeps you procrastinating

Want to know one of the biggest, most debilitating reasons we don’t hit our goals fast enough?

We take on an all-or-nothing mentality.

”If I can’t work out for an hour, I may as well not work out.”

”If I can’t put this marketing piece or offer or service out in the world perfectly, I may as well not do it at all.”

Let me continue to procrastinate this for another 2 years. (Now your brain might not be telling you that, but that is what the result is isn’t it).

    Why do we do this?

All-or-nothing thinking refers to thinking in extremes.

You are either a success or a failure. Your performance was totally good or totally bad. If you are not perfect, then you’re not good enough.

In today’s episode, find out three simple strategies to get out of this negative thinking so you reach your goals faster, with less stress, and with far more confidence.

  • Ep. 119: Are you stuck in indecisiveness??

A common theme I’ve been working through with my coaching clients is making big decisions.

Like a significant change to their business, business model, or structure that has far reaching implications, like a completely different target, service, or pricing.

These big decisions are intricately intertwined in a fear - fear of the unknown, fear of failure, fear of what’s ahead, fear of the amount of work involved, fear of risk, lots of fear!

There are 3 key learnings that that we all have in common when it comes to these big decisions.

Ask yourself how you can apply these to you and your biz and your life -- whether your decisions are small or grand.

  • Ep. 117: How to go from a late person to a timely person

Growing up, when it came to being on time, it just wasn’t in my cards. Needless to say I was late for everything.

However, as I moved into my 20’s I learned to go from grossly late, to make 10 to 15 minutes late my go-to. And now, I’m almost always right on time.

I’m living proof that you can go from being a “late person” to an “almost on-time person.” Or dare I say, an “early person.”

In my journey to becoming a time pro, I learned three essential practices that timely people use on an everyday basis.
