  • Episode 31: Cut the Crap, Part Two
Over the last 4 months, we have purged most of our belongings and moved into a much smaller apartment, and it has been a very rewarding endeavor - but very difficult and exhausting. In this episode, we share some of the work we did to get to a more minimalist lifestyle, and some of the things we did to get ourselves into the mindset of living more simply - like traveling with only a few things in a weekender bag.

  • Episode 30: Lighten Up: Lifting the Burden of Ingrained Gender Stereotypes
We teamed up with the MPLS MadWomen to spark a conversation and dig into the ingrained, gender-specific perceptions about “strength” and “weakness” and how they show up in the workplace. We have hauled these biases around with us long enough, and we thought it was time to take a look at them in a new way and maybe start to lighten up from the burden they bring.
Guests include Alison Beattie of Target & MPLS MadWomen, Erinn Farrell of space150, and Chad Gillard of GoKart Labs & Midwest Pantry. This conversation was facilitated by Professional Humans Elli Rader and Josh Berg, and recorded live at the River Room at the Aster Cafe on April 25, 2016.
