WORKSHOP: 3 Keys To Accelerate Your Results - https://www.jamesallencoaching.com/workshop
Life is complicated...
Every human being on this planet has a complex life (even if their life seems easy).
Why?
Because, as human beings, we have a tendency to make things complicated and difficult even when they're not.
Life is simple...
People make things complicated.
Let's simplify life by using what I call "The S.E.E. Method."
S.E.E. stands for...
Simple
Efficient
Effective
When we can make things Simple, Efficient, and Effective,
Things are perceived as EASY.
Think about it...
If you have ever worked with a company that made things so simple, they were efficient and highly effective,
You would hire that company again OR be happy to refer that company to others.
Why?
Because you easily understood what they were talking about and doing,
They were efficient in their processes,
And...
They were highly effective in what they did.
Which made your life...
EASY!
Next.
Let's say you're in a relationship...
You communicate honestly and clearly. (which makes life simple)
If you have tension or a disagreement, you work it out right then and there. (being efficient)
Then, you find common ground and keep the love flowing. (being effective)
Do you see how this works?
Knowing this...
Look around in your life and business.
Notice where things are simple, efficient, and effective.
Notice where others make things simple, efficient, and effective.
Take note, and begin incorporating those attributes into your life and business.
You and your business will become more competent, which leads to more money, better relationships, and a better life.
Competency is sexy.
By using the S.E.E. Method, you are seen as a competent human being.
By using the S.E.E. Method, you make life easier for yourself and the world around you.
By using the S.E.E. Method, you become awesome.
People like awesome.
Keep being awesome.

As High-Performers, we wear a lot of hats.
We have our family and relationships, our health and well-being, our personal development, our careers, our teams, our goals and dreams, and so on.
With all of these things going on, it's easy to get overwhelmed and not be present and focused on what's in front of us.
For example...
You finish working and are now spending time with your family or friends.
But...
You keep thinking about what you were working on!
Now you're not as present as you would like to be with your family or friends.
You're not deepening the relationships as much as you would ideally want to.
That sucks...
Here's how you fix it.
Practice this release meditation...
When making a transition, (i.e. going from work to family time, or family time to work time, or gym time to family time, etc.)
Say to yourself...
Release, release, release.
Keep repeating that word "release" to yourself and begin relaxing your body.
(AKA releasing tension)
Letting go of whatever you were focusing on as you make this transition to another area of your life.
Keep relaxing and RELEASING your mind and body until you feel that you have completely released everything that you were focusing on.
It could take you 1, 2, or even 5 minutes.
Go by feel.
Then...
Open your eyes and tell yourself,
"I am about to go do (x)...
(x= be with family/friends; go into work or an important meeting; inspire my team; etc.)
...Who do I want to be while I do this?"
Set an intention and go.
Always come from your best self.
The idealized 2.0 version of who you would love to be.
Be that person while you make this transition.
Practice this release meditation and watch as you start to be on your A-game a lot more often.

Manifestation is a very popular and common topic nowadays.
But is it actually a real thing, or is it a load of woo-woo?
I can tell you from first-hand experience that manifestation is indeed a real thing.
Problem is...
People have distorted beliefs about how it actually works.
With movies and books on the Law of Attraction like "The Secret" and "Think and Grow Rich",
People get the idea that they can JUST think about what they want and it will "magically happen".
False...
While thoughts are a necessary part of manifestation,
It's not the whole enchilada.
Manifestation is a WHOLE BODY experience.
Meaning...
In order to effectively manifest something or someone into our lives,
We must get laser-focused on these 3 things:
1. Thoughts
2. Feelings (emotions)
3. Actions
When your thoughts, feelings, and actions are all LASER FOCUSED on a specific result...
Great things start to happen.
Why?
What's the difference between a flashlight and a laser beam that can cut through steel?
One word...
Focus.
When we align all of our thoughts, feelings, and actions with the sole purpose of achieving a specific result.
We manifest that result.
Not to shoot down thoughts...
The first currency of the Universe is an idea.
It's where it all begins.
How do you think Edison made the incandescent lightbulb?
It was an idea before it became a thing.
But thoughts alone aren't gonna cut it.
By only thinking about what you want, and never taking action or getting emotionally connected to the idea,
You've only got one piece to the puzzle.
That's like ordering a banana split and only getting a banana.
Like what?
Think of the thing you want to manifest into your life and ask yourself...
How often am I thinking about this?
Am I slightly obsessed?
How emotionally connected am I to this idea?
Am I doing everything in my power to make this happen?
If you answer yes to these questions...
Keep going.
It's going to happen.

Fitness is an essential part of a full and exciting life.
But there's a problem...
People are lazy.
Imagine if fitness could be fun.
Like, you actually enjoy and look forward to exercising.
Here's the truth...
I was a fat kid growing up.
I wanted to be fit so I could feel better in my own skin, be comfortable taking my shirt off in public, and ultimately feel confident so I could talk to girls.
I tried so many different types of exercise and realized what I like and what I didn't.
I ultimately found CrossFit and fell in love with it.
Now, my Mom for example loves running.
Every year, she runs the Grand Canyon.
End to end.
(Crazy, I know)
But that's what she LOVES to do!
My gf for example isn't very fond of CrossFit, lifting weights, or running.
But, she will swim and dance for days with no loss of enthusiasm.
If you've danced for an hour, you know it's a legit workout!
Point is...
Exercise doesn't need to be a drag.
It can be fun and exciting for you too!
As long as you find a way to consistently move your body and get your blood pumping, your golden.
That, coupled with eating natural, real, and whole foods of course.
And if you're wondering, "How am I gonna stay consistent with all of this??"
Find a community, coach, or friend that's going to keep you accountable.
For example, CrossFit is widely known for having an incredible community.
Even people that aren't fond of CrossFit admire its community.
There's a community for dancers, lifters, bodybuilders, rock climbers, swimmers, martial artists, skiers and snowboarders, and anything else you can come up with.
It's up to you to get out there and try them out.
Once you've found a way that you love to move your body, coupled with a great community...
The hardest part is showing up.

When we forgive ourselves and others, we free ourselves.
Forgiveness = Freedom
Personal freedom.
The problem is that many people don't understand how to forgive.
They think it's saying "Oh yeah! It's all good you did those horrible things!"
No.
Forgiveness is a practice that frees our souls from constant torment, resentment, guilt, and even shame.
Understand that everything is energy.
If we are putting all of our ENERGY into feelings of resentment, guilt, shame, etc.
It's not actually benefiting us and where we are going.
It's really friggin hard to build this dream of yours when you are filled with those negative emotions.
So how do we actually begin to forgive?
One word...
Compassion.
Forgiveness begins with compassion.
Understand that everybody is in their own little world.
Every person you see has their own planet between their ears and what goes on inside that little planet is up to them.
Some people act out unskillfully because they haven't done enough of the inner work to process experiences.
Remember that every act is either a call for love or an expression of love, regardless of how unskillful it may appear.
Knowing this helps us feel more compassion for others.
It doesn't mean we keep negative people in our lives; even if they are close to us or "family".
It means feeling compassion because some people aren't willing to change.
By all means, leave no stone unturned.
But do know that once you've done that, if nothing has changed, it may be time to cut away.
Forgiveness is a practice that frees us from ourselves.
In order to build your dream and live a freer and fuller life, you will need to learn this practice.
Forgiveness begins with compassion.

It seems people are always seeking happiness like it's a destination we get to...
One day.
Hopefully.
When in reality, happiness is something that we generate inside of ourselves.
The problem is that people seek happiness from external things.
The wins we call them.
The Dopamine kicks in and we say "I'm happy!!!"
While that IS a way to express happiness, it's not the point of this post.
We want to generate happiness.
Here are some tools you can use to start generating happiness regardless of the situation you're in:
1. Alignment
Pay attention to your longings and discontentment.
That is life's way of telling you what you're in alignment with or not.
If you're in a job that you feel is draining for you mentally and physically and just doesn't FEEL worth it to you (much like I was)...
It's out of alignment!
Same goes for relationships.
The way you work out.
Where you live.
Etc, etc, etc.
Howard Thurman said "Don't do what you think the world needs, do what makes you come alive. Because what the world needs are more people who have come alive."
Do what gives you life.
2. Express Gratitude
Gratitude is something you generate from within.
Gratitude is the FEELING of deep appreciation for what you have in your life right now.
We EXPRESS gratitude by actually FEELING IT.
Not just thinking or talking about it.
If you're not FEELING it, it's not working.
Period.
Practice saying "Thank you for (x)"
Thank you for my hearing, eyesight, car, the fact that I can feel things, my taste, my legs, my phone, my house...
Etc, etc, etc.
And if you don't have some of those things, focus and give thanks for what you DO have.
Over and over and over and over again UNTIL you actually FEEL that deep appreciation for what you have in your life.
Right now.
Speak to God, Spirit, The Universe, The Forces At Be...
Whatever works for you!
Express gratitude for all that you have in your life.
Right now.
Because the truth is that you have so much more than you realize.
Practice these two things and watch as you become happier in your life.
Happiness isn't a destination, it's something you generate.

The amount of money we make is directly correlated to the number of people we serve and the quality and depth at which we serve them.
When you get really freakin' good at what you do.
People will pay you.
A lot.
If a bartender provides great service and a great experience and serves more people, they get more tips.
If a mechanic does a great job and does it quickly, they get more customers.
If a speaker connects with people and inspires them to do more and be more, they can charge more.
The list goes on.
Here are 4 things you can do to increase your compensation:
1. Practice, practice, practice.
2. Find a mentor that is a prime example of what you want to do and that is willing to teach you.
3. Study your craft. (Read the books; Take the courses)
4. Study the people who have perfected your craft.
Ask yourself:
- What is my craft?
- How do I get better at it?
- What are 5 things I can do every day to hone my craft?
Do these things, get out there, and make an impact.
You will be rewarded.
