Progress Process

This week I chatted to Leon about how we can set our own standard for living. Leon owns a vegan juice bar and derives peace and contentment from a combination of a plant based diet, fasting and rooting himself in nature as much as possible. I loved chatting to Leon and I hope you love listening! 

This week we're going to look at the power of choice. I'll lay out a few instances where the power of choice can impact our long term happiness. My hope for this week is that you'll finish feeling empowered to go out and make positive choices both for yourself and in your interactions with others. Enjoy!

This week, in a slightly different format, I talk with my dear friend Hannah about responses to obstacles and what happens when we choose to respond with love rather than fear. Both Hannah and I share our personal experiences and tools we have learned along the way, which help us to respond with love and compassion.

This week, I was planning to talk about assertiveness, but in the spirit of honesty I set last week, I decided to share honestly about how i have managed a depressive episode this month. I share daily practices that support me, as well as breaking down a plan for techniques to use when you or someone you love are heading towards a mental health crisis.
