In this episode, we talk to Geoff Neumayr, the Chief Development Officer at San Francisco International Airport, about the SFO’s long-history with delivering impressive design-build projects and especially their use of progressive. The airport is in the midst of a massive $7 billion capital program where design-build and progressive are helping transform San Francisco International. Geoff shares some lessons-learned and design-build wisdom built over decades of project experience as a designer, builder, owner’s representative and now as an owner.
