Project Deep End

I am so over the summer

This one's a little all over the place. Here's where my heads at today.

Today I'm talking about a tough situation I found myself in with an employee and what he forced me to do.

Today I'm talking about some unexpected growth we've had and how I feel about it.

Today I'm talking about how my failure led to me laying off an employee, but how ultimately it's for the best

Had to have a tough discussion with my best employee.

Today I'm talking about how I'm fixing my super bloated company.

Today I'm talking about a lesson learned after a tough couple of weeks.

I'm talking about a fatal mistake I made this year.
