Today we talk about getting your IRS lien released from your physical real estate or property and the process of doing that.

Most people don't know about self-releasing, timeframes, what hinders getting the release and how to get it released FAST and recorded with the county. Doing this allows you to sell your property and keep the proceeds.

In today's podcast we talk about the Virginia Housing Choice Voucher Program otherwise known as (SECTION 8). Landlords can get paid direct deposit from the government and tenants can get 50-75% of their rent paid for.

We walk through all the requirements for both landlords and tenants and how you can take advantage of this housing affordability program.

FYI: all landlords with 4 or more rentals are REQUIRED as of 2020 to have their home approved for vouchers. all future landlords with even 1 rental will most likely be required to be approved soon very soon (within 1-3 yrs).

This non profit organization which is world wide stands for Environmental Working Group is constantly working to protect our health exposing contaminates in our water and other things.

From this site you can report the contaminants but mostly you need to find out what they are, what they cause and how to remove them. It lists which item can be removed by a simple carbon block water filter and which ones require a reverse osmosis water filter.'

IF you were to do ONE THING right now that could improve your health it would be going out and buying a carbon block water filter OR a carbon water filter that goes on water bottles. It's an individual filter that people sometimes buy when they go camping - this could greatly benefit you today.
