In this episode of ProLife Unfiltered, Benjamin Kraft sits down with Dr. William Lile to tackle some of the complicated ethical and medical conversations happening inside the pro-life movement today.

They dig into questions surrounding vaccines developed using historic fetal cell lines, the continued use of fetal tissue in medical research, and the realities of IVF that many Christians and pastors may not fully understand.

The conversation also turns to a growing debate among pregnancy centers: Should centers provide “after-abortion-pill kits” intended to help women navigate a chemical abortion? Dr. Lile explains why he and his board declined to endorse them and discusses his concerns about the safety of the abortion pill and the responsibility of pro-life organizations when new ideas gain traction.

"Churches ordain youth pastors, children's pastors. Well, how about pre-born children pastors? Are they children or not?"

Pastor Scott Craig, founding pastor of Landmark Community Church and a former South Dakota state representative, runs something almost no other church does: he ordains pro-life leaders as ministers to the pre-born.

He and Benjamin get into why he was one of 33 pastors who deliberately violated the Johnson Amendment in 2008 and mailed the evidence to the IRS, why he believes most pastors stay silent and prefer it that way, and what a formal sending church provides a pro-life leader working under spiritual attack.

The conversation turns self-critical when Benjamin asks why so many pro-life leaders end up Catholic, and Scott declines to defend his own tradition. It closes with a stadium event where women were called forward over abortion, and the exercise that followed.

Scott states that the Johnson Amendment was repealed. It was not. A March 2026 court ruling left the endorsement ban in place, and that litigation is being appealed.

Should pregnancy centers take Medicaid money? A public health expert says the fear that it kills your ability to pray with patients is flatly untrue, and she's got the receipts.

In this episode, Benjamin sits down with Shawn, a public health expert (master's in public health and health finance and policy) who helps pregnancy clinics become medically and legally bulletproof, and who is also the adoptive mother of Samuel, a medically complex son born with a hypoplastic right heart and given a 22% chance of survival.
